Lies. Printed cardboard item advertised as hand carved artwork. DO NOT BUY!!

I bought one of the wooden memory heart's for a mother's day gift. The wood is cheap plywood with a decal image printed onto it. It came with a cheap base that I had to finish cutting myself just to place it in. The heart it's self is top heavy for the cheap base as well. The back of the product has no decal or anything just plain plywood. It is nothing like what is advertised. I was also denied a refund when I contacted them hence why I had to cut the opening in the base to fit the haert. Absolutely TRASH!! Don't buy anything from this company.

They are absolutely awful!!!!
They never delivered my order, I paid £40 for a key holder I never received. After raising my issue they are making me chase delivery companies as it is my responsibility to make it happen, and they are not giving e my money back!
Will never buy again! Someone should shut them down, as I think they are scamming people by taking their money and not delivering services.

Absolutely awful. Product not as advertised and what i received was not worth the money i paid. It was quite frankily embarassing. I would not recommend this company at all!

What a sack of crap the coin I ordered for Valentine’s Day really is.
I could have got a new 50p piece myself, printed a picture in micro scale and stuck it on the coin with a little red gem as depicted in the pictures on the site.
I asked for an embossed coin and got a pile a crap.
ANYONE IN THE UK, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT buy anything from this rip off store. It’s cheap tacky shit!!!

Instead of a beautiful photo-based bronze sculpture, what we finally received was not 3D at all. It was flat as a pancake.
Thank God I paid with Paypal so they never got my credit card data. The actual seller is taking payment to gmail address and the money is going to "JIUDIANJIUY" in China - who doesn't respond to email. A total waste of money.

I am so disappointed my wedding is in two days and I’ve ordered my wedding sign from lovetys the customer service has been shit they sent me my wedding sign in the mail but it wasn’t wrapped and it smashed when I received it they have stated a new one is on the way yet they refuse to give me my tracking details I have messaged them non stop and still nothing beyond disappointing and really angry that I spent over $300 and still haven’t got my wedding sign.

I asked for a customized item thru Juuvie.com, it came a box of lovetys.

I asked for an item and they send whatever they had at hand. I payed for a CUSTOMIZED ITEM and they said because they did not have it at the moment they send me what it was closest. an example, if I asked for white colour, they send me black colour as if it was close....and after I asked for my money they offer a 20% refund.
this guys are a joke

Order an item from them on Feb 13 and payd for an extra 20£for faster delivery. Still didn't get any item and they don't want to make a refund

Extremely angry, as they never send my item, due to delivery issues, i ask them for a refund or my item, the answer was that they cannot refund me as they waste their material to create it. I told them to send the item back, they put me to pay a shipping fee, which i did but i told that the address is wrong needs to be updated and they send the item on my money on the wrong address again. They don’t care and they don’t refund even if is not your fault. Don’t order from them please. Is a scam!!!!!

Very disappointing! I bought this Necklace for my sister for Christmas. I will not give this cheap looking necklace to her. It looks nothing like what was pictured on the AD. The engraved names were so small and cheaply done, you cant even see the names! Whats the point???? Wish I could get my money back. Never buy anything advertised on Facebook! So deceitful!

There shipping policy clearly says 2-5days for customize then they will send tracking number an 3-5 days for 25 bucks express shipping well it's been 8 working days I email to explain if it's not going to coming in express shipping time frame can I get money back for express shipping since in getting standard shipping service was told I NEED TO BE PATIENT!!!!

Will the man's ring there is no picture there is there like tape over it. I don't understand why I don't see the pictures that's why I have a hard time ordering on line thank you

Images came out beautiful, but way to small and necklaces ((beads ) way to small had someone clasp it for me. Clasp to small. Like it was made for a child not an adult. I would like the image of my dog to be larger so I can see image of him on my neck. Also have a better quality of necklaces with a larger clasp. If this is not possible would like to return products and receive a refund. Thank you

Really disappointing! I received the bracelet I ordered, but my picture is NOT in it. I confirmed with a magnifying glass. Waste of money!

Attention, this company is a scam. Their online store looks like a store with good quality jewelry, in fact it is a Chinese store that sells very bad quality jewelry. I bought a bracelet from them, they sent me a bracelet for a small hand for a small child from very bad quality material. I paid 46 pounds thinking it was a beautiful, good quality bracelet. What they sent me was a shock. The bracelet is so small that it is impossible to put on a hand, and made of a cheap material (such as aluminum), for a small child to fun. I bought it as a gift, but it's a shame to give someone something like that. I suspect that all the opinions about this company are written by themselves. To return the bracelet, they told me to send it back to China at my expense and said that they would only return 40%, but only then when I send them back. A simple scam. Don't be robbed !!!

My experience with this brand is so good, the bracelet is beautiful, quality perfect and the staff are so kind and good!

I received my key ring and he is so lovely! Thank you so much for your greats items!
