AVOID AVOID AVOID...as with many other people it seems, I placed an order on 16th Jan and still waiting on delivery. I eventually received a response to one of my many messages on 21st Feb informing me the cost would be back I'm stock on 4th March.....since then, silence! If the item wasn't in stock when I ordered I should have been prevented from ordering. Will never order from this company again!

I have ordered a Tan Corset Leather Two Gold Buckle Belt feb 27th it’s now March 12th I have emailed twice to say where my order is. If your out of stock refund me or contact me to say it’s been delayed. But no reply. I ordered years ago when she was only selling belts and scarfs and I met her at Ideal home. I waited 3 months for an order I never received and I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. Years later I see her on instagram and I thought maybe she has changed and now her business is well established so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and ordered a belt again. I should have seen the red flag when PayPal was not an option to pay. I am still waiting for my order. I just want my order and communication to my emails. Why is that so hard to do. I am surprised she is still trading with so many bad comments all on delivery delay or not receiving it. So someone please reply to me or send out my belt.

Ordered a dress in December 2021. By the end of February, still no dress. No response to any of my emails or messages. Out of the blue an email then came in cancelling my order - no information forthcoming about why. This company is appalling - avoid.

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a coat at the beginning of January and when you click on track my order you cant access the portal. I have emailed over and over, sent a text message to the number provided, messaged on instagram and no response at all. Doesn't look like the company has ceased trading as they are still posting on instagram. Cant believe what a bad experience this has been - so disappointing. I have now contacted my bank to try and get my money back.

Terrible post purchase customer service
I ordered a custom made belt on 14/2/22. Until I had placed the order, they couldn't have been more helpful. However, I haven't yet received the belt, and despite my having sent at least 5 emails/messages asking when I can expect it to arrive, I have had absolutely no response. It seems to me that they are all over it until they've got your money, and after that they don't want to know. Genuine Customer Service - nil, I'm afraid.

Placed order for a jacket at the start of Jan. I have emailed customer service 8 times,no response. I texted the phone number,called& contacted through social media,no response! So disappointed in this company. I have made contact with my bank & will email trade & standers.

Worst company I've ever used on the internet!
Placed my order 25th Dec, money was taken from my credit card .. on19 Feb my dress had still not been despatched . Chased by emails ... no reply. Messaged on Instagram ... no reply. Messged via the internet ... no reply. Tried to call ... phone number on website is not valid. Eventually on 20th Feb I had an email from them to say my order had been cancelled as per my request ... I did not ask for this and was actually chasing the order as I really wanted the dress. Such appalling customer service ... I would never order from them again and have warned all my friends against using them.
A terrible company
A terrible company. Please do not use as it is hit and miss whether they actually send your order or not. I ordered a coat and dress in Dec 2021 and they refuse to acknowledge me, return my money or communicate. I contacted the owner who was very ineffectual considering she considers herself a successful business women. I really wanted to support this small company but it’s put me off ever taking a risk again. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I ordered a coat 3 weeks ago. I have sent 7 emails checking on it’s potential delivery date. Not one email has been acknowledged. I shall be seeking a full refund. I will never use this company again. Beware !!!! I shall be contacting my bank and reporting this company as fraudulent. I have paid for an item that shows up on my account as not even shipped.

My experience was a good one, the options, ordering and and product quality is great. My only negative point was the delivery time which was much longer than expected. I also had difficulty in obtaining a response to my delivery query via email and txt msg.

Just don't. Took two months and chasing to receive an order. Returned at the end of December and still awaiting a refund. Been blocked on social media as they won't deal with my queries. Appalling customer service. Wish I'd read trustpilot before purchasing.

Ordered before and had long and fast deliveries, I think the long ones are the items that need to be made and the fast ones are ones they have in stock. Ordered early Jan, shipped last week and had error message on tracking number all week but this morning it was with Royal Mail. I dont expect it to come for another week but thats fine as I understand with covid that they arent working at full capacity due to sickness. I was worried when I came on here and saw loads of other bad reviews but I've tried to stay patient and I'm happy I have, no need to prematurely request a refund and be unhappy about it all when its eventually on its way....they should however be more transparent with delivery dates and manage customer expectations slightly better but will continue to order and be patient as the products are good, edgy and different to other clothing businesses. If you like their products just be patient they will arrive and you will be happy with them but more bad reviews and demands for refunds will just lead to more problems for a business who is only guilty of slow deliveries in a world of other businesses like PLT and Nastygal, who can deliver poor quality products in 24/48 hours.
Very, very slow to deliver
Very, VERY slow. I ordered a belt on 30th October 2021. It is now 29th January 2022. According to the Royal Mail Tracking app they received my order on 27th January (I haven't received it yet). That's nearly THREE MONTHS from order until delivery and they didn't reply to my email when I chased my order. I won't be using this company again.

Really upset with this company, I had used them before and it’s been fine but I Ordered a jumper on 16th dec and still not recieved it after about 30 emails I send I got 2 back with promises of different dates! But still no top!!! Contact number on website a dead line. Ive sent loads of emails / messages they still haven't replied.it’s really frustrating me now!!!!!
