I ordered from this company 5 weeks ago and have received nothing. I what’s app them and without reply I was blocked. I then messaged them in Instagram to received a very unprofessional reply telling me the item would be with me this week. Still nothing, I have emailed and sent instagrams again with no reply.

This item was not cheap and I am far from happy.

The customer care is ridiculous and they currently look nothing but a pack of frauds taking money.

I placed an order for an Obi belt on 28 July and some 5 weeks later I am still waiting!! Ive sent numerous messages that are ignored expect for last Friday when someone finally replied to my WhatsApp to say that it was being sent that day. No tracking provided and unsurprisingly its still to arrive. Have sent chaser emails and WhatsApp that are since being ignored. How disgusting for a company to take people's money and not provided the goods in their stated delivery timeframe.
Avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. Wish I had researched this company before spending my money with them.

I purchased a dress for £65 on 1st August & I am still yet to receive it. The initially delivery date stated 10 days, then it was moved again, 4 weeks later, still nothing! I have since messaged the company twice via Facebook to request a refund as I don’t want to wait any longer for a dress that doesn’t look like it will ever turn up, & both messages have still not yet had a response! I wish I had read the reviews on here before bothering with this company! I still want my refund!!

I eventually received the goods after a long wait and although the items were lovely, they did not fit. I contacted Love YAA YAA and was instructed to return the 2 x items to a certain address, which I did. Since then, all my chaser emails (there are several) have been totally ignored. Not only do you have the goods but you have £120 of my money. The phone number on the business card that you supply with the delivery is also wrong.
The goods were returned to you on 13.08.21 at 2.55pm - I have proof of delivery (DPD). This is a terrible way to treat your customers as you have such different clothes on your website, however, your customer service and customer care is below awful. Please refund my money for Order No: 11757.

Ordered two items 20 days ago which have not arrived. Have not had any communication about delivery/dispatch and yet to receive a reply to my email. The website offers a 10 day delivery date. Very poor customer service, which I had read the reviews first

Absolute joke ! Purchased 3 jackets one never arrived . I only got a reply once I wrote a bad review ! Needed to return the other two for exchange . Was told that was fine and returned . The jackets were sent back to me unopened ! After emailing and messaging got an apology . Sent the jackets back for the second time ! Still waiting this has gone on since may ! Sad thing is the clothing is nice and I had treated myself for my birthday !

Considering travelling to the shop ! Seems it’s the only way I will get this sorted out . Disappointed to say the least

Ordered 2 coats, the website said delivery would take up to 10 days, one arrived after a month. I kept chasing the second one via messenger and was told they would come back me. 2 months after paying for the items I chased again and there was no response. I tried switching to what’s ap, the messages were read and ignored. I ended up going through my credit card to get them to claim back the £54 I had paid. Such a shame as the item that arrived was lovely, but I wouldn’t trust delivery or their follow up to sort or refund if it doesn’t arrive!

Brilliant experience overall and fantastic quality product too! Can’t recommend enough!

The jumpsuit is absolutely gorgeous and sizings are very accurate. However when I ordered initially it said it would be delivered by the 16th (I bought it for my holiday) then when I had my confirmation email it stated delivered for a week later. Just keep in mind when ordering for an occasion that it’s likely to come later than actually stated.

Absolutely thrilled with both items I purchased with these guys. I'd had my eye on these jackets for a while and they didn't disappoint. Delivery was within a week of purchasing too! Thankyou so much.

After waiting for nearly a month for delivery (I only received after I chased them as I had received no communication re the delivery date) The dress purchased for £65 is of such bad quality and fit that I would like to return and get a refund , I have emailed them a number of times to confirm their returns address because information on their website is very vague re refunds and does not give an address. My emails have been ignored, so I contacted them on Instagram also ignored. I’m furious that I have wasted my money on a product that is not fit for purpose by a company that is clearly scamming customers, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

UPDATE: After receiving 3 messages on various platforms from Yaayaa in response to this review apologising for the appalling service I’ve received, I was finally given an address to return my item for refund to, they received and signed for it in the 8th September and I’ve heard nothing from them and still haven’t received my refund, I contacted them via Instagram as you know you can see when somebody has been online and yes they have ignored my message asking for my refund!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They should be reported for fraud!!!

Item was ordered beginning of Aug, with a dispatch date by 19/08, it is now 21/08 and still no communication re dispatch. In fact, no commuincation from the company at all regarding my order. Now it is saying delivery date of between 22/08 and 06/09, yet the item isn't even ready yet. However, according to their website, if I order the same item today, the expected delivery date is 24/08 - 29/08! What a joke! Have raised a dispute with PayPal.

First two orders arrived although they took a long time. Third order the money was taken from my account, order has not arrived, company not replying to my emails. But I keep getting messages asking me when I am going to order again!!!

Unprofessional & poor customer service. Ordered items in June arrived 6weeks later and was the wrong size! No response to emails. Had to blast them on their Instagram page but they removed my messages. Quality of clothes are not the best, I had high expectations for the money I spent... Waiting for refund..
