No item, No refund and No sign of a resolution

As per other reviews, ordered £1,500 worth of sofas from this company in early November 2024. Delivery timescale came and went. Then received emails blaming the delivery company and saying they were going into liquidation and refund would be received in 3-5 days. Still no refund, cannot find any information about who to contact regarding getting my refund from this now presumably dissolved company or any trace of them on companies house, and no sign of my sofas. Thankfully we were able to cancel the collection of our old sofa last minute otherwise we'd be left now £1500 down so can't afford an alternative sofa and no sign of what we ordered either.

I did get a tracking number for my sofa but the delivery company say they never received the item so someone isn't telling the truth as loveyourbed said it was dispatched and delivery company say they never received it.

Hoping my bank can get my money back as otherwise I have no idea what we will do and with two very young kids to provide for we cannot afford to lose money, let alone such a significant value.

I guess next stop is small claims court once I find out who on earth to summon to pay me back what they owe.

As pensioner my husband ordered 2 sofas from this company in December 2024 paid for them then we got email saying the as stop trading and they would refund us we are still waiting for our refund very bad company and I'm a pensioner you should be ashamed of your self

Ceased trading

I ordered a sofa and chair from these. I received an email to say they were no longer trading as the company they used had damaged so many items that that they cannot afford to replace them, therefore they have to stop trading. I was told my money will be refunded within 3-5 days. I have had nothing. Shameful

I ordered sofa and a chair after a…

I ordered sofa and a chair after a month got an email saying they going into liquidation and they cancelled my order saying they have refunded my money and I will receive it in 3-5 working days that was on the 18th Dec and I still haven't received it and now cannot get in touch with them so I'm out of pocket £1,150....I'm so upset and I don't know where to go from here!

BEWARE! Delivery Timescales Are Longer Than Stated

I chose this company when purchasing 2 sofas because the range of sofas was excellent and their website makes a big point of being able to provide speedy delivery.
However, what is not clear is the speedy delivery only applies to a selected range of sofas, which unfortunately did not include mine!
When I called to request an update on the status of my order, the company was unable to give me a delivery date. I was told delivery would be up to 20 working days, which in effect is one whole calendar month. Unfortunately, this does not meet my expectation of a speedy delivery as stated on the website.
So, BEWARE when ordering from this company. Apparently, speedy delivery means "compared to everyone else" rather than the option for improved timescales.
