Really caring and quick
I bought accidentaly the yearly suscription (don't ask me how) and asked to return to the monthly one and a refund for the difference of prices. They quickly answered and took care of everything while being extremely kind. I also think the app analyces the face really well and makes the right questions so you can make a skincare routine that adapts to your type of skin; definetely will give mine a try :))

I would rate Lovi a 5 this is the absolute most amazing app I have came across! My favorite is how it scans your face and can actually see what area needs work on in your skin care routine! For me it was my wrinkles and fine lines and chin area and dark spots under my eyes! And then it will recommend the most amazing products! That work!! I totally recommend trying this and the products offered and adding them to your skin care routine! Did I mention the customer service is so great and they respond very quickly and are always very helpful!! Thank you so much!

Very good app, easy to use and a lot to explore. I haven't tried all of the recommendations, but they mostly align with some things I've heard in the past about my skin, which is great.
Big thanks to the customer service team! They were super quick to respond when my subscription was not loading, and got the help needed immediately.

Today I scanned my face and they asked28.99 au for one month . I clicked and deduct money . After 10 min O cancelled subscription andcagain they charged58.99 dollars. Even I dont used their app dor a single minute. App was not useful for me. Now I have applied for refund. Lets see how it works. If they not refunded thid app is totally fake
