I tried the app from Insta

I tried the app from Insta. Chosed a month application 19.90euros but then I got charged again 39.90euros without agreeing. I never receive an email with the subscription just emails that they havé deducted from my account. Try to log in throughly Lovi app but I never receive the code to log in. Now I’m stuck paying twice with nothing!

UPDATE!
Margarita from Lóvi Management Team contacted me and helped me with the issue. She was polite, prompt in her reply, a problem solver, and reimbursed the amount. Customer service is top-notch! Because of this i will be likely to try the app again. Thank you again Margarita.

After reviewing the situation, it appears that the additional charge happened because the optional AI Bundle was selected during checkout together with the monthly plan. This add-on includes extra features and can sometimes be added unintentionally during the payment process, which seems to be what occurred in your case.

The feedback is generic and the ai scanner can’t tell difference between faces. Seems the advice is prescripted based on the answers one gives to their questions. It’s difficult to use the app unlike in the ads. It’s over-priced.

It’s terrible they make you think your going to get told what you need and stuff but after they ask you hundreds of questions they then tell you they are only going to give you that info for £20 minimum like what do you think thank makes your customers feel

I expected a Korean Skin Care Subscription

I expected a Korean Skin Care subscription like Ipsy is for makeup. That's how the advertising was made to look like. In reality, the app is for recommendations that you'll need to get for your skin care routine, nor just K-beauty. I was happy when management reached out and cleared everything up. Will give the app another try and see what it really does.

Scam I was made to feel I would be receiving skin care products not products that they would suggest I buy. Then there was some sort of upgrade through all these questions very confusing . Just trying to get your money .
