Okay but big delivery delay
I ordered on the 30th November and received my blankets today (23rd December) it took a lot longer than anticipated but I'm very pleased they made it on time for christmas and the quality is a lot better than I was expecting after reading a few negative reviews. Although I'm happy I wouldnt rush to buy if you'd like your items on time and without having to chase customer services (unless your ordering sock it would seem)

Getting ridiculous now made an order December 1st and still not received it yet. The tracking number you’ve sent me has said the same for a week telling me to check back tomorrow. I’ve got an app called shop and it tells me where all my orders are and this order is in Chicago after 23days ? This was for a Christmas present. If your not American I wouldn’t buy from this company I wouldn’t have bothered but it was called lovimals uk it fooled me.

I ordered a pair of socks from the website, The site was advertising that they would arrive before Christmas. I still have not gotten an email with tracking information. I’ve tried to contact the company several times using different methods. I have not gotten a response. I am now concerned that this is an online scam. I see that the company responds to reviews here. I am hoping they respond to this as well. My order number is LOV657604.

The socks finally arrived, sadly after Christmas. They are really cute and much better made than I was expecting, really. So the product is fantastic. The delivery and customer service, not so much. I had sent email and a message through Facebook and never got a response until I posted here. I Raise my rating to three stars from one. However I will say a Christmas gift that arrives after Christmas isn’t too special.

Still yet to receive an order placed 11 December (plenty of time for Christmas).
I have received no news of a shipping number despite being assured on Friday that the order is already in production and should be with me before Christmas.
I appreciate that the items of this site are customised, but 11 December is more than sufficient time to have shipped the product by now, surely?!

I found out about Lovimals from a friend who ordered socks and I absolutely loved them! So I ordered socks for my daughter whose dogs are her world. She is a flight attendant and now when she has to leave them, she has their picture on her socks! Great quality and fast shipping!
