We called and got an appointment for vent cleaning in the same week. Oswaldo Garcia was extremely nice and the cleaning needed was definitely more than we expected, but they took care of everything and more. Price was expensive but competitive with all other providers we talked to, and we felt like we could trust the Lowes team to do a good job from the start. The whole process was extremely smooth.
From first phone call to service completion, Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning was responsive, courteous and professional. The tech showed up on time and made sure to keep our home tidy despite the messy work he was in for with our ducts. Our home was built 12 years ago and little did we know all the construction debris and dust left in our ducts. He showed us how dirty the ducts, etc. were prior to cleaning and the end result. We also had our dryer vent cleaned, and he recommended we have that cleaned each year. We are impressed with the quality of work and will use the again in the future. We highly recommend!
