Please look up on line the part number…

Please look up on line the part number I ordered and print out a hard copy of the accompanying part picture. Then go to your stock and physically open the box to examine part in the box. The actual part number is correct, but part in box does NOT match picture! I found another source; the cost and time of returning incorrect part I could not justify. Thanks

My One Stop Laundry Parts Shop!!

I needed a timer for my SpeedQueen commercial dryer. I searched the internet and came across a few laundry part stores which had the item I needed but was either too pricy or wouldn't ship to my location. However, when I came across Laundry Owners Warehouse I was pleased because not only did they ship to my location, they also had great prices. In addition the item was shipped and arrived quickly. I'll definitely do business with Laundry Owners Warehouse again. They are my one stop Laundry Parts Shop

Requested to purchase 4 harnesses for…

I requested to purchase 4 harnesses for a coin slide mechanism for new CAE2795 Whirlpool washers & Whirlpool CEM2795 dryers. As of this date we have not been able to received confirmation of the part numbers and price for ordering after repeated phone calls.

Horrendous

I placed an online order for multiple Speed Queen washing machine parts on May 18, 2024, some of the parts had to be special ordered from the manufacturer, others were in stock, I elected to have the order shipped when all parts became available and was given an expected ship date between June 03-13, 2024.
On June 12th., I went to their website to check on the status of the special ordered parts, it stated that none of them had arrived to their location.
This concerned me because it was obvious that they would not be able to ship the order on June 13, I called them the morning of June 12th to check on the status of the special ordered parts and subsequently received an email stating that they would look into my concerns.
This started back and forth emails between us which culminated in a condescending statement written in capitol letters concerning the order being shipped when all the parts were in their possession, a fact I already knew when I initially placed the order
As it turned out, some of the special ordered items had arrived at their location, however they were waiting on an additional 2 parts to still arrive.
Not at any time did they communicate to me that some of the special ordered parts were in their possession, either on their website or via email, so I assumed that they were all still unavailable.
This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had to endure with an online order.
Evidently they expect their customers to "read their minds" with regards to an order, this casts a dim pallor on their communication skills and does not reflect highly of certain individuals intellect within their organization.

This has nothing to do with intellect of our employees or having our customers read our minds. You simply asked for something our system cannot do and was upset about it. We even have a disclaimer for the "SHIP COMPLETE" option you choose which reads "Ship Your Order All Together/Complete?
We will hold all items at our distribution center until your entire order is in stock and ready to ship. Please note that our system is unable to notify you as individual items arrive; you will receive a notification only once your complete order has been shipped." We ship our items since all is in stock if you choose ship complete, very simple process. Sorry this did not work out for you, but I'm not sure of another way we could have handled this better while knowing and showing we cannot let you know when each individual part has come in for your order. I sincerely apologize for any confusion.

I received the incorrect part and it…

I received the incorrect part and it took a long time to hear back from the warehouse. Was told Iordered the incorrect part so it was my problem. I'm still waiting to find out how I can return the part and was told I would be charged a 30% restocking charge. I will never order anything else. Horrible experience

Maria, we see you ordered the wrong item which was a mistake we understand. We cannot change that the factory charges 30% Restocking fee, however your faulting us for this I understand. Everytime you sent an item we sent an email back within 30 mins to a few hours only. You were never not responded to or waited a long time. At this point you requested to return the item on 6/12 and we responded 6/13 that we are awaiting the RMA instructions which we will still be sending you. Sorry this was a horrible experience for you, but for the future we have a Part Number Research from to ensure our customers do not choose the wrong numbers so they do not have to go through returning anything.
