PS there customer support seems to be an AI (artifical ignorance) as it keeps repeating that the received screen is fitting to my laptop even if I send them photos showing that their screen is 3 cm smaller than the original one and has even different frames and connectors...!!
PS2: after asking me to remove this review they charged back the money. I will remove it when they send me the correct screen, this time payment after delivery. I already lost a lot of time with them, not to mention our broken laptop for so long time...

Good Value, little hassle, fast customer service
I ordered an upgraded screen for my ROG Scar 16 2023 (NE160QDM-NM7). Shipping was expensive for DHL Express, but that's not their fault. It arrived quickly. I tested the screen and it worked perfectly. It does come with pull tab adhesive strips, but I used my own, so I can't say for sure how well their strips hold up. The screen definitely showed up as the right model number and there were improvements in image quality, so the screen is genuinely what they say it is.
Great value if you don't pay for the super fast shipping.

Very good support and swift handling in finding a reasonable solution when the panel model i wanted to replace was not available. Got offered a similar product from another vendor.
Bad service when you need it the most
Unfortunately, very poor service from this company when they screw up. I ordered 2 screens from them - firstly the delivery was not sent out until i asked 2 weeks after ordering (they said they needed to find one of the model).
Then they sent the a wrong model and claimed it was compatible (they were not even the same pin count), and now I am still in the process of trying to get the wrong screen sent back and refunded. They haven't honoured their return policy, so I doubt you will get much help when something goes wrong.
Their so-called openness to communication is not really true. I'm really disappointed as i was hoping to have finally found a vendor that i can start buying multiple screens from.

After two weeks of my order, I received a refund from paypal. They cancelled my order without telling me any reason for cancelation.

Highly recommended
I was a bit hesitant to order a screen online. All has to come from China. However, I am very satisfied. I already ordered twice a MacBook screen. Prices are the best I could find online. Delivery to Netherlands took 15 days, but everything is well packed, screen functions well. I guess the screens come from the same factory as the original Apple screens.
Breach of the seller's Returns & Exchanges policy
So. Ordered the screen few months ago ( In November actually), but received another, compatible screen. Contacted the Seller, the Seller claimed the screen is compatible and even better then those that I ordered but screen that I got actually does not suit my needs. Also, before the screen been shipped, I contacted the seller to provide the shipping details, cause there were some sort of delays, and the seller doesn’t notified me that they do not have the screen I ordered in stock, instead they sent me another screen. Also the seller stipulate that it is my obligations to contact them about stock availability AFTER I placed an order, sounds a bit strange, but in the UK to advertise the Items that not actually in stock is in breach of the UK regulations, cause the seller can’t practise such way of business (advertise the Items that not in stock) in the UK, and actually it is the sellers responsibility to contact the customer and offer other solutions. According to the seller’s web page 60 Days Return Guarantee, the seller “only provide labels for defective or wrong items”. So I contacted seller to provide return shipping label, but seller refused to send the label (breach of the seller’s personal Terms and Conditions, breach of contract”), with the next reason: “Because we don’t have warehouse in your country now, so we can’t create return label for you, please return it with the original package to the following address:”. Outcome: the seller sent the wrong Item and refused to send the return shipping label, its mean to get full refund I need to incur personal expenses to send the Item back to Seller’s warehouse (to China) that could cost me the price of the screen itself… I disagreed with such outcome and anyway we have not reached any agreements with seller. The curent review dated by 14.03.2024 but last message that I have from the seller is 06.12.2023.
Update from 30.03.2024
In the Trustpilot the seller has responded that the seller sent better screen, but who decided what is better? As in our dispute I clarified that this screen that I got does not suit my needs, if there highier frequency rate it does not mean the screen is better. Also seller has replied that he provide return lable. Where and to who? Our dispute with seller been unresolved since end of 2023, and the seller has not replied to my last email with request to provide return lable since.
Have no idea how to reply the directly to seller, so it is update...
