Dear customer, we need ot confirm the screen model for this item, so we sent the many emails to u ask the photo of the back of screen, but you didn't provide it, so we canceled your order and made full refund to you.
Screen works OK but not exactly as the OEM item
The screen arrived in great packing but was missing the metal mounting tabs similar to the ones on the original screen. I tested the screen and it fit the screen area and also did a power test and it worked great. However I tried to secure the screen in the mounting area and did slight damage to it resulting in some pixels not working correctly on the left side. Hopefully the screen will recover (it has already improved) but time will tell. Would have been nice to inform me that the screen would not be supplied with the mounting tabs/frame.
Was impressed with the package tracking system and the great price.

Wrong panel
I bought a NV156FHM-N4J but I received NV156FHM-N4K. It arrived with a rusted connector. I cleaned it and now it works. I don’t wanna get into sending it back as I have opened the screen protector to check the panels colors. Visually its very flat and dark. Yes, it is full brightness. Even after some tuning in amd adrenalin still not as I would like.

Damaged package & very slow response to emails
So far very slow response to emails. They sent wrong screen that flickers. The package it was sent in was also damaged.
Support has made promise to refund but now claims i need to send it back in the same damaged package...
Seems very unprofessional so far.
I will update this review depending on the response i get from the support team...

They asked me if I could replace the screen myself, and I responded yes I can, will take help from youtube videos. Cancelled my order and refunded my payment automatically.
Never seen such a ridiculous unprofessional behaviour anywhere else in my life. If I am paying for the part, I own it afterwards and can do whatever I want with it.

BAD Qaulity, BAD packaging, but did refund
Received the display but it has numbers printed in no removable ink right on the display making it unusable.
The display was poorly packaged with no film protection resulting in scratches all throughout the display.
Update 12/06/23
The company falsely claims it has a protective film on the back. It only had a protective film on one side. The most sensitive side exposed was rubbing on cardboard during shipping resulting in scratches all through the display. The display is photographed under magnification to check for a film layer, which it does not have.
The company phone doesn't pick up and support emails are not checked or replied to.
Update 01/29/2024 Item returned with confirmation. After constantly emailing them for a month I received my refund.
