I bought 6 packs and hoped that it works for me. Unfortunately, after trying it for 60 consecutive days as directed, it did not do anything for me. So, I contacted the company requesting to return the unopened 4 packets for a refund. No one responded for a week or so. I then requested my refund through PayPal and included my proof that the company is ignoring my requests to honor their money back warranty. Finally, they emailed me back with instructions how to return the unopened product. I did as instructed. I was told by them that they received it and that if passes inspection I will get my refund 10-14 business days. I gave them 3 weeks, no refund. I sent a few more emails. A week later they reply it will be 2-3 “business” weeks for the billing department to get back to me. What the… I called their customer service and the rep who spoke very broken English put me on hold and after a while tells me my case is already been sent to a manager. “Thank you for your patience, someone will email you when your refund gets approved.” he says. I promised him to go to all social media platforms and share what a shady company “Lubracil.com” is. Now you have from one more unhappy customer.

I’m 5 weeks into the full 8 recommended and am pleased to report good results. Within the first week I felt relief from the last traces of itch/burn that topical steroid and estrogen creams didn’t quite cure.
I know it’s helping because those symptoms returned immediately the day after I forgot a dose (4 times).
This is product might actually get me back “in action” which my husband will appreciate. 😊

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Customer Service is so bad, I wouldn't buy from them even if the products were amazing. They sent 2 "free" products with first order and automatically enrolled those products in auto-ship that can't be returned or refunded. I returned the other product through the correct channels with an RMA number and 3 weeks after they received it, still no refund despite several emails saying they will issue it as soon as "inspected." Package was never opened.
Received a reply to this review asking me to email support. I now emailed support TWELVE times. How about looking at the emails I have already sent, providing tracking showing you have had it since Oct. 27 and issue a refund!

These four stars are generous, but I believe in the product, and customer service quickly resolved my lost shipment. I do feel a difference after a week, more present and comfortable in my body. I look forward to seeing how I feel after using the supplement for the recommended number of weeks.

I ordered Lubracil and before the item arrived I found out that due to a medical condition, I could not take it. I contacted support via phonoe and tried to stop the order. It had already shipped and could not be stopped. Mari from customer support processed a refund for me and said I could give the product to a friend to try. Excellent customer service. I only wish I could have tried the product! I'm looking to see what else I can take.

Do NOT ORDER this product!! They will reel you in with shipments you didn't want, didn't order and don't need. Try to send them back? NO WAY! I am 75 years old - yet now I have about 8 products for Menopause - which I went through 25 years ago. And guess what? More is on the way! I have cancelled my subscription, but my total owed is $400!
FRAUD!Buyer beware. Horrible experience. You cant get a human and they do not return messages or emails. They will charge you for subscriptions you did not sign up for and claim that you knew about it, then try not to refund you for the subscriptions that you never signed up for in the first place. I am tired of calling and emailing and losing my money when I have asked twice to cancel any and all orders for me. Don't do it! NOT worth it. I may have to cancel my CC and get a new one to rid myself of these auto orders. Also report them to BBB.

After just a few days I can tell a difference in lubrication! This stuff is amazing. I'm currently going through menopause plus getting over breastfeeding cancer and my drive has been absolutely nothing. I'm actually starting to feel like I'm on the right path after many years.

I ordered on 8-7-25. It is now 10-16-25 and I still have not received my order. I have sent several emails. They reply that they are behind and be patient. On 9-12 they listed my order as fulfilled, but no tracking number given. I emailed again. On 9-28 they sent a tracking number. When I looked it up it just stated the label was created but merchandise had not been sent out yet. I have tried to call but no one answers. I left my number for a call back but never received one. I finally put a claim in to PayPal. They keep sending the tracking number as a reply to my dispute. As I said, I ordered 8-7-25 and still have not received my product and it’s 10-16-25. This company is a fraud. Buyer beware!
This is a total scam! I canceled my order within an hour of placing it and they still sent it, with additional product they charged me for! They basically have a no return policy, which is shady in itself, considering any reputable company has a return policy!! Obviously the "good" reviews were paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE MYSELF AND I'M SURE, SEVERAL OTHERS!!!! Maybe those of us that have been scammed should file a class action lawsuit!!!
I, too, have been scammed. They owe me $84.90 for a shipment that I have never received since August
24 th!! They do not answer their phones whether I am pressing “1” for Sales OR “2” FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I HAVE LEFT PHONE MESSAGES WITH NEVER ONE RESPONSE. Please, don’t risk losing your money to them. Switch to a company named NeuEve. They are honest and their products work!!

I would not leave any stars if that was an option! They ordered something for me that I never ordered then charged me for it and said there was no refund because I hit express shipment and I haven’t even received the product! I know for a fact I did not order because it was the gummies and the cream which they sent as a free gift the month before and I don’t even like the gummies and that order only had gummies and cream in it! I was also with my daughter and grandkids during the time they are claiming I ordered the product!
This company is a scam and it’s a shame to because I had ordered from them in the past with getting the pills and liked them, now all the sudden they are ordering things for me and charging my card! When I talked to customer service he would not listen to me and kept blowing me off and claimed I put in the order and also put me on express shipment for the pills I had gotten in the past which I also did not sign up for. When I told him I could not have signed up for express shipment when I ordered the pills because it took over three weeks to get them he just said “ well just because you order express shipment doesn’t mean your going to get them fast, which again proves I did not sign up for express let alone reorders of products I didn’t even like!
