Do not order from Luck Demo or Mooligshop. They are scamming people from their money. I stay in South Africa. I have ordered a petrol trike car & Electrical Foldable Scaffolding as advertised. They give you a tracking number that goes trough the China Post office, but the tracking number is a made up one. It shows that it has arrived at my South African Post office, but yes never arrived in real time. When emailing them, they sent back a email, telling you friends or Family must have signed for your parcel. Yee !!!!! right SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im coming back i have in the beginning 5 stars as i won 5k and I was waiting thatv48h to pass fir verification and they either not even give a small sign about this i was keep asking about this and they only say "they will check don't worry" and then when I asked bonus they gave me only 10£ amd I deposited many times

I’m sharing this to warn other players and expose what’s happening at Luck.com.

I’ve been a loyal player on their platform for almost a year. A few weeks ago, I won €10,000 through fair play, with no bonuses or promotions involved. Everything was legit.

After the win, they blocked my account with no clear explanation. They mentioned an issue with my ID (even though it was submitted and valid at the time) and claimed I used my wife’s card for a deposit — something their support actually instructed me to do.

Once they requested my updated ID/passport, I sent it immediately. I also have screenshots of all conversations, proof of ownership and permission for the card used, and everything was transparent.

Still, they refuse to process my withdrawal or unlock my account.

If this happened to anyone else, or if you have advice on how to push this further (legally or through regulators), please let me know. I believe this is abusive behavior and should not go unnoticed.

They say withdrawal is instant but is not...waited for Hours to be Still pending.canceled it and lost it în felul seconds just to prove they are not to be choosed for this Kind of entertaiment.

Didn't get my sign up offer so I asked for my deposit back, they keep sending emails saying my card has a block on it preventing payment.
The card isn't blocked.

Clearly breached responsible gambling regulations and refuses to escalate the complaint to anyone in the senior team.

Happy to take deposits with minimal verification, but delays withdrawals as much as possible.

So my account has been open for a few weeks. Absolutely no problem with registration or playing and depositing. All of a sudden I can not log in and found that they have closed my account due to being in Northern Ireland. Why was this allowed to happen? They blocked my depositing whilst they checked my details and even opened my account again to take more money. Will I be refunded? Should I be? This is clearly fault on their end.
