Ordered flying birds for cats £32 and got cheap stuffed birds that didn't fly.
Just cheap soft toys badly made with feathers falling out.
Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!
Changed company names many times.

TOTAL SCAM, THEY DON’T REFUND LIKE THEY PROMISE. I ordered herbal diffusers that are meant to work like vapes, but they don’t once you receive product. They do not produce vapour at all like in ad.

My order never arrived. No way to track it. I received an email saying it had arrived. Emailed the company, no response. Do not use this company.

Don’t buy from this rip off company! I ordered the flying bird cat toy and not only does it not work, the product is flimsy and the inside machine part fell apart when trying to look at why it wasn’t working. I’ve been in touch with no refund no reply. Don’t bother with is fake company.

Ordered goods from them received acknowledgement of the order but nothing since which was 7 days ago.
They ignore and do not answer emails, and you cannot contact them by phone.
I will ask my bank to,do a charge back to get my money back.
Do not order from them it is a complete con.

Ordered one the little wooden men that sits on the car dashboard took my money received nothing from them no e mail. BIG SCAM. Hard to contact them.

Sorry do not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered on 13 September still waiting tried emailing them no reply payed with PayPal they took money the same day I ordered see reviews they not good.

As with all the other reviews a total scam. Bought an item four months ago and still waiting for it to arrive. Tried to contact the company but unsuccessfully. If I could give them no stars I would. It’s not about the money, it’s about the fact they are still trading as a legitimate company. As with many others I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand but it was a bit of an impulse buy.
Never again!

Scam- did not receive my item, no reply to emails. Thankfully was not a high value item.

Never buy anything from this company! My item/product never arrived, I gave it some time as I knew it was from overseas but it’s been a over 2 months now and I have no sign that it is going to get delivered or confirmation of delivery at all

SCAMMERS. Do yourselves a favour and DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this company. I ordered goods and paid for same over six weeks ago and have heard nothing since...tried emailing them numerous times and surprise surprise got no response from them. They should be taken off all platforms, public be warned, they are just thieves!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , customer service non existent , e mails ignored , item took weeks to arrive & when it did nothing like they showed . Cheap Chinese 💩 , £20 I might just have well have flushed down the toilet .

I ordered a pack of four hair clips when arrived 3 of 4 was broken tryed emailing them but they haven't responded one bit would never buy from them again and certainly wouldn't recommend that is not way to treat customers would.not recommend them to anyone rip-off.

A Scam company - same as all the other reviews. Bought a small item (only £10 but not the point) and not delivered. Yodel, the courier in the UK, said they've had no update from when it was first ordered only a provisional scan to create a tracking number so it it seems they're logging it with courier companies in China and it never being handed over to UK couriers.

Any emails are ignored, despite them saying they'll get back to you in 24-48 hours and sending over order info to you.

Awful experience. Never received my order over 6 weeks. Ignored emails. I went through my Barclays Bank and got a refund!

I wouldnt give 1 star I would actually give minus 1 star. DO NOT USE, read the reviews!
Ordered on 4th Sept and emailed them 26 times with no reply! As i paid via Klarna, they took over and refunded my money as luckinwish was only able to say there had been a problem with my order …. No s*** Sherlock, you took my money with no intention of sending goods!!
DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY AS YOU GET NOTHING FOR IT

Don't bother. Goods didn't arrive. They ignored 3 emails. Had to get a refund through PayPal
