Use another casino. They have this random rule about "stacking" promotions so that they won't pay you out if you are below the $100 threshold and have to buy more GC. If you do buy more GC, they'll take all your money. The support is terrible, and literally any other casino will pay you out more reliably than these folks.
UPDATE: I did not bonus stack they are simply lying to not pay me. Once again I have been using sweeps casinos for months and I’m profiting, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Notice how terrible their reviews are and they continue to steal money. They forfeited my $100.09 win because I "bonus stacked" lol I find that funny considering they allowed me to buy more SC so that’s completely on their site and has nothing to do with me. So many other good sites don’t do things like this, SpinBlitz, Mcluck, HelloMillions all amazing sites that give great deals and allow you to purchase as many bonuses as you want per day if they’re available. I have hit for thousands on those sites and that’s why they make money and run successfully. This site won’t last just all like the other bum sites scamming people, avoid this place like the plague.

I havnt recieved my cash out at all but it says on the lucky me website that's its completed but I havnt recieved anything and I have contacted support and they give me the run around I have screen shots of it all this place is a scam
I requested my redemption on 11/13 and still haven’t received it. On the website it says it takes 2-5 business days but every time I reach out, I just get told everything is in order, it’s going to be processed soon…
Update - I was now told by customer service that it takes 10 business days which is different from the timeframe provided on the website… I will update the review once I receive the redemption.

As of today I submitted a redemption for 1100 one for 2000 and one for 1400 on the 1st and I still have yet to get them in my account. They dont pay they steal your money. This is the worst casino I have ever been to. I literally play hundreds of casinos and I have never seen one take this long I am fully verified been verified and they refuse to send me my money. Turned my original deposit into $90, played everything through, then bought a $10 package and kept playing. A week later they canceled my withdrawal and closed my account for “stacking.” Never once saw or was warned about that rule. Apparently if you buy another package before hitting zero balance, they keep your winnings and refund only deposits. Not sure how anyone’s supposed to redeem unless you hit it big or deposit a large amount. Seems like if I had lost they more than willingly would have taken my money but because I won I was wrongly punished.

Played a little on here. not much as cards have had issues here pretty regularly both for buying and redeeming. Was just banned and will post the ban message here.

The stacking of promotional coin packages (buying packages whilst already having a sufficient balance with which to play) in order to reach this minimum amount is expressly forbidden, and will result in all activity being void and the account closed with no refunds or redemptions being processed.
Subsequently we went ahead and closed the account, and voided all winnings as outlined in the terms above.
All purchases made will be refunded in full."
Not sure whether a small balance I had not played (one sale life happens) or a returned redemption being added back to balance was the cause. Either way not great taking someone's winnings. I am giving 3 stars since purchases were refunded so this site at least is not a complete scam, but still was stiffed some money as my winnings were more than purchases.
Edit: Upon further reflection situation was handled relatively fairly all things considered, still not a place I would recommend playing on though. Bumped from 3 to 4 stars.

Patience is key! I originally gave this a 1 star due to my redemptions taking 10 business days to be deposited. But after so many back and forths with support, I finally received them! Ive seen alot of comments and reviews about this being a scam, dont play, etc... Not the case. They do payout! Takes a long time but they pay. Support has always been available for me. Still a three star for how long it takes to redeem. If the get faster, I would definitely give it another star!

Worst platform ever! Verification process takes forever along with redemptions! Lack of response from their finance team and you do not receive any updates regarding redemptions etc. Still waiting for over 16+ days and keep being told to be patient. There is no way to track your redemptions and customer service gets all pissy when you ask about your redemption status. They false advertise to draw you in but does not pay out in a timely matter. Would not recommend!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!

I wish I had come here first. August 26th, I logged in, clicked on redeem somehow and started to verify my account. There was no message about a technical problem with their payment processor at that time. BUT AS SOON AS I PAID FOR A PACKAGE, all the sudden there was. I had won over $100 pretty quickly. Hit redeem, and there was the message, of the technical error with their payment processor. Glad I only spent S10 at this place. Hopefully my information is somehow safe!! I do not trust them.

I am giving this site a 3 because I finally got paid a month later . The slots are good and the payouts are actually decent too. Their customer service team is always available. I think they just have limited access to redemptions. All and all I will play again at some point ! Just taking a break because the waiting kind of stressed me out and I became discouraged to give anymore money to the site . Now I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt because they had a system compromised issue . I just wished they would of been a little more transparent with the steps they were taking to get their system back up and running . But I wanted to leave a review to let anyone reviewing their reviews know that they do pay as long as you meet all their requirements ! My pay out was only around $1200 but it was a good amount to see this morning in my account !!
