The watches are very nice. I did Receive them later than expected. Also, the watch band adjuster tool broke on the first try, I haven’t been able to adjust them yet.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! The watches way smaller than described. They look nice but never unwrapped them due to the size but still going thru their terrible customer service. No response until ifiled a claim to just return the their items the same day received and they even promote a 30 day return policy. Maybe they try and drag it out past the 30 day s but I have a claim with PayPal already and I'm still getting crickets from them to return if this fails i will take it up with my credit card company. They are not what they promote!

2 Boxes No Watches
I got home extremely exited about the watches. i get to my front door and pick up the box and realize its a bit light, i had read online that they are a bit heavy, i didnt think much about it. I get inside my house and open the boxes just to find that they are both empty?! this is completely unacceptable. do not buy watches from them. if i dont get a refund of my watches back iam going to sue.

Watches are beautiful, fair pricing. The bracelets on the day dates are a little “flimsy” when comparing, but understandable for price. Once on my wrist, all is well.

Good for what they are
Good for what they are.
With them being cheaper watches, I wasn't expecting luxury feel or mechanisms. But these look the part and still tell time and keep a good chronograph. SO I can't be mad at it at all. I DID change the bands out though... those sound cheap
