Great casino site with so many great games

Avoid this BS with any cost tried to withdrawl 3 times already and got declined with no reason.. stay away let's report these thieves!!!

😡😡😡I want you to delete my account immediately, I never want to play with this casino again in my life, I have been waiting for my money for so long and have contacted the casino so often, everything that is stated on your site, you do not adhere to it because it has taken so long and I have not received any help and my money that I withdrew has now been canceled and gambled away and lost, I am really done with this casino and I never want to play with again, I also have conversations everywhere from the chats and also have screens of the casino promising something on the site that is not true and I will also post this on the internet and give a bad review, my whole weekend has been ruined by this casino because they do not follow through on what you put on the site.
on the site it clearly states that from their side it takes 24 hours for the process it took me much more than a day I have indicated so often via the chat why it takes so long and I then get answers that it has been forwarded to the department but then waiting I have not even heard anything from huj and every time they give the same answer or things that I already know and if you want to speak to the vip manager no way because you do not get an answer from them app calling email believe me it really does not work. even when you say in the chat that you want to have your account deleted due to all these circumstances they make it difficult and you have to make an effort yourself while it is not done from their side. furthermore if you see good responses it is often because they bribe you for an extra bonus and say post a good response and then we will give you a bonus.

I withdrew 18000pound over a week ago and still haven't been paid out

Absolute scam without question. Bonus buys rarely pay above stake and even then it’s minimal. I realise this is gambling and not expected to win but the rtp must be a lie. Avoid like the plague. This site is really criminal. I won with 5 euro a 150x in crazy balls. And i receive 10 euro. I go to the help center. So i waited 53 minutes for someone finally talk with me. And then they said.. everything seems normal to me so i cant do anything for you. They serieously stole 740 euro from me. And i cant do anything. They ask if i had a screen shot. But why would you make a screenshot of every winning you make. But you better do it if you played on this site. I play on much different casinos and never have trouble with some. Only with lucky pays. So this is a criminal casino guys

Gambling was ok. Withdrawal request of 3250 euro. Verified my account. They put the request in status processing, telling my the money was sent to the gateway.

However, without any message, they voided the withdrawal. After contacting live chat, they told I did not met the T&C. The proof they gave, were bets during other bonuses. When asking about the wagered bonus (in which I met al their T&C's), they could not give the bet ID's.
They said they escalated to senior support and I should contact them tomorrow. But suddenly, decision became final without explanation.

It's just another scam.

I did a withdrawal on the casino wich all went true but the money never arrived so i wrote to there Live chat and got the answer that they had voided my withdrawal. they couldnt even tell me why?
