Terminated my withdraw…

I got 15 free spins from this site which I won €1.40 from them, I manage to work my way up and up and up, completing the wager required to withdraw, believe it or not I withdrew €1500, 2 days later they email me telling me that the funds have been terminated and that I would not receive any of the money, when I asked if I could appeal this, they simply said no... here's the best part! As a gesture of good will they credited my account with another 15 free spins! What a joke!!

They will block you from live chat and…

They will block you from live chat and not Return emails if you have a problem with bonuses . I paid for 100 £1 spins and they weren’t added . To then find out I was blocked from live chat and 27 emails later the issue is still not resolved . The agents keep saying to contact through email which I’ve done . No contact Centre to call up so you’re stuck in no man’s land . What I thought was a great site has massively disappointed me . Issue still not resolved and im Out of pocket . Sort it out !!

Don’t pay winnings

I deposited and won 300 euro which I was able to withdraw. Then I deposited again and won 1600 euro tried withdrawing then received a email saying my winnings have been voided due to breaking bonus T&C’s but I was never using bonus funds. After finding out I tried contacting them on their live support which was no longer available. I have emailed them multiple times and they haven’t got back to me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Read reviews before depositing

I joined because I got a text to say 25 free spins no deposit. I signed up and no free spins , was going to deposit but I thought I would read reviews first. I think my suspicions are correct , when reading the good stars they always advertise , it's like they are advertising the site instead of just being plain saying good site . If you read reviews as much as I do you can suss out who's for the company and who's a real player. I'm gunna stay away from this site
