Do not play on this site. They take your deposits but then use every excuse not to pay withdrawals. They don’t close your account when you request it. Terrible customer service, stay away from this site.

New customer not great experience so far

I have only used this site once I deposited £20 for 50 free spins , I did all the wagering.
I had £60 to withdraw( not a lot but still MY winnings ) . I’ve tried to withdraw several times and the bank transfer is down so they keep telling me . This does seem like a scam site as I can still deposit via bank transfer but can’t withdraw.

Validation and withdrawal issues.

After reading the reviews (after I had already played on the site) I was a little worried as I was experiencing problems being able to withdraw my winnings.
I did not take the bonuses, as from previous experience in other sites, it’s not always the best idea. Three times I had my winnings put back into the account, when trying to withdraw. Eventually I managed to get the correct screenshots etc of evidence they needed to validate my account. I then had problems as they didn’t appear to let you withdraw to the card you used. I did have to find out from my bank statement which Swift number etc I had to use. I was getting a little frustrated with it all and was beginning to believe it was a scam as some people were implying! I did preserve however and did get the winnings into my bank account. It does take a little longer than other sites but does eventually get there. I have and withdrawal going through at the moment. It was pending for just over 24 hours but is now showing that it is in progress. If it is like my last withdrawal I am hoping it changes from in progress to processed and be in my bank tomorrow or Mondays thought this might be useful for those thinking of giving it a go!

Big SCAM

Scam! Worst online casino ever.
Stay away from this site. I received a £50 bonus and made a £50 deposit, then managed to win £1,280. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they refused to process it. When I complained, they told me I wasn’t allowed to place bets over £5 in total — what a joke! This casino is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs.

Absolutely Horrendous. Do not gamble with these SCAMMERS. How are they even allowed to stay open is beyond me. They make you take bonuses do not offer them make you. Scammers

They give you bonuses to hide behind so you can't withdraw winnings. They bounce back withdrawals to make you keep gambling. They don't let you close your account on their app, no interest in customer's mental well-being. I won more than £2,000 off a £250 deposit. I was nowhere near being able to withdraw due to their ridiculous rules on bonuses. They charge for all withdrawals, worst company ever!

I like to think I always provide fair and objective comment when commenting on forums such as this. On line casinos do come in for a lot of stick, sometimes unfairly so. However, Lucky Twice deserve all the rebuke and criticism they get. There are serious issues of credibility with this company. I have recently closed my account or rather requested for closure on account of a game. I was playing that crashed and then did not restore to wear it left off. Worth mentioning that the game I was playing crashed on a winning spin that was then lost. What is most concerning is that there was no record of this activity. I have made repeated requests for my account to be closed only to be provided with ridiculous excuses. Having read some of the other reviews I now see that this is a common problem. I would implore anyone considering signing up with this company to give it a complete swerve. You will get more enjoyment from stapling your head to a lamp post. Their ethics are seriously dubious. Clearly, this company is not regulated in the UK because if it was their license would be revoked in a heartbeat. There is an irony in terms of the militancy of their verification process and yet they don’t adhere to request by customers for closure of account. This is scandalous.

And in the time it took to write their pathetic excuse ridden prose, they could have closed my account!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Requested two weeks ago for account to be closed as on gamstop and didnt want to lose anymore money.
