Great customer service and product quality!
I have placed several orders with Lucy and Yak before, and I have always been pleased with the product I received and the customer service. Most recently I placed an order in which I received two of the items I ordered and one item that was the same type as what I ordered but the wrong color. After emailing customer service, they promptly responded and created a new order to send me the correct item and didn't ask me to go out of my way to return the incorrect item. I am very pleased with how well this brand treats its customers. It is a bit expensive, but I always know what I get from them will be high quality. I also really appreciate their brand ethics.

They sent me the wrong items that I had to pay $90 non-refundable duties on.
They sent me the completely wrong order. I ordered 3 items (2 pairs of dungarees and 1 pair of shorts) and paid extra for express international shipping because I’m moving and didn’t want to risk the package arriving too late and when I opened it there was only two items— a jumpsuit and another shirt in completely different patterns and sizes than I ordered. I had to go through an AI chatbot instead of speaking to a human being and am now waiting for them to get back to me. I had to pay $90 on duties for this as well, which will not be refunded and I will have to pay duties again on the correct items! So I am out $100 because of their error.

Great help in the changing area
Danny the shop assistant couldn't do any more to become ,being a curvy girl I don't feel comfortable in changing areas ,but she helped to find other sizes and said she liked what I had chosen and said I looked great in them .

I discovered some flaws in the fabric of the first jumpsuit I got sent and they made it right quickly. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced! Will definitely buy again and have already turned one of my sisters on to them for their inclusive sizing!

I was able to return my trousers easily with no fuss when the sizing was incorrect. I did have to send another email to receive my refund though as there was a slight delay.
Dissapointed with response
Unfortunately I never received my parcel. I have a safe place for my delivery and it wasn't left there.I contacted Lucy & Yak.I did exactly what they asked.I contacted the police & have passed everything onto Lucy & Yak.Unfortunately not heard anything from them or been offered a replacement or refund.They made me feel as if it was my fault!!

Disappointing fit
I have these Lexi shorts from last year and love them but they are a bit too snug around the waist.
So…I bought the same shorts in the next size up. When they arrived though they were wider on the legs and the same fit on the waist. Although good quality, they weren’t wearable.
So, I was made to pay the additional charge for the privilege of returning them. All in all they cost me over a fiver to buy and return a useless product. Must read the returns policy more carefully!
L&Y will probably give a standard response of “Sizes were shown on the size chart (so it’s your own fault)” but I imagined that because I had only bought the 16s last year, the 18s would have been a great fit. Lesson learnt!

The customer service is the best and the communications is the fastest I have experienced!
I placed an order on their website on Saturday and received the parcel on Tuesday. Super fast. It’s 2 jumpsuits. But after I tried it and thought it’s a bit tight for me so I wanted an exchange. I wasn’t quite sure about how to process exchange instead of return online, so I sent an e-mail.
I sent the e-mail on Tuesday afternoon after 5pm. Super quick I got the reply e-mail just next morning 8:30am already. Liz, who replied my e-mail, had double confirmed what I want to exchange and sizes, gave me options of how to process the return, and confirming my address etc, managed to send out my parcel on that same afternoon already!
Their designs are great, website is easy to use, and the customer service is the best I have experienced.

I needed to find a replacement item that was no longer available to purchase on the website - customer service picked up my query SO fast (over the weekend too, which was unexpected). They were able to raise an order for me once stock was located. Amazing customer service
I used to love Lucy & Yak but quality is poor
I used to love Lucy & Yak and love the style but the quality is very poor. I had a corduroy jacket where the pocket ripped, my corduroy trousers the pocket ripped, multiple pairs of dungarees ripped down the side, a dress with a side zip where the zip snapped off, and two tops that have holes in from poor stitching. I will not be purchasing again because the quality is so bad and it all ends up looking worn very quickly by bobbling all over or breaking and being unwearable.

Its taken me a long time to write this…
Its taken me a long time to write this review, i wasn't going to but i think to many women accept that they're body is the issue.
I used to LOVE Lucy and Yak, so after having my baby I thought the thing to get myself back to dressing like myself was to treat myself to some new L&Y. WRONG I wear a UK 12-14 in every shop/website i use, I can even fit in to Childrens age 16 from next, so when not only the size chart but the advisor over email told me I'd need a size 22 at minimum I was so confused! As I said, I'd just had my first baby, so i was adjusting to my new body, I as a result of pinning hopes on your brand to give me that boost,have taken more time than I would like to disclose to finally realise my body is not the issue, your clothing is, the way you value your customers has gone. I dont care what number the label reads, I care that your clothing is telling me I need 4-5 sizes bigger than EVERYWHERE else. The thought of someone who is actually a size 22 buying from you and being left feeling the way I was is awful. Thank you for causing me so much heartache in a very vulnerable stage

It’s great to see the transparency of the company when it comes to sustainability as that is something important to me. There is a bit of a limited selection of styles, not many tapered pants. Sizing was personally the most difficult. If I went by body measurements, it did not fit although it could be an error on my end when measuring. I made two attempts to get the right size before deeming it a lost cause. They did reach out to ask about my measurements to give sizing recommendations for the pants and other clothing I want to purchase which I see as a great remedy. However, I feel as though I’ve lost enough money as a portion of my refund is used to pay for the shipping back. If I was in the UK, it might not be so bad but it’s decently expensive as a US resident. Customer service was very helpful when I accidentally swapped the return labels.

Scam?
I used a discount code and paid for the items. The order was then cancelled stating that the discount code should have been for somebody else! This very much appears to be a scam and I would stay far away from it. Especially considering you have to wait three to five days to get your money back!
