I recently had an issue with a separate vendor who refused to help me with a product issue. How refreshing to work with a vendor like Lucy in the Sky who clearly prioritizes their customers. I needed to cancel an order just after placing it and they were responsive and took care of the issue with reason and care. Thank you!

I had trouble figuring out how to access my account and do a return. The associate was clear and concise. Her directions were perfect. I also was stuck because of the snowstorm. They were understanding and gave me a leeway in returning the dresses.

Great shopping choices and no hassle returns

Leeza D. Was super understanding and helpful. After getting nowhere with the post office about our lost package, Leeza offered two great options to get my daughter her dress in time for a dance. The dress arrived (vis UPS) within a couple days, saving the day!

Leeza D. helped make my return on an out of stock item very easy! It was resolved in the matter of minutes!

What made this a great experience was how fast they responded with a solution, it didn’t take days to get the issue resolved which I really appreciate it and above all they were very nice and understanding!

I'd suggest you shop elsewhere if you want any chance of a fair return policy. I ordered two dresses for my daughter's school dance—both ended up being too small. The company took one back but sent the other right back to me. When I opened the package, I was stunned. The dress was covered in white deodorant marks, like someone had smeared it on purpose. It’s a black dress, so there’s no way I would’ve missed that when I packed it up. The whole thing feels dishonest. I won't be shopping here again.

Ordering product went well. Unfortunately the dress did not fit well despite measuring and ordering the appropriate size. We have returned the dress and are waiting for confirmation of its return and store credit. While I would much more prefer return to my credit card, I am hopeful we can use the store credit in the future. I had questions about your return policy and how it works and your staff responded quickly to my initial and follow up questions. 4/5 stars only because return policy is store credit which isn’t as convenient and that I had to send a 2nd email to get an answer I asked in my first email.

I received a beautiful but damaged dress. When I contacted customer service they promptly responded. They remedied the situation right away. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

My daughter loves her dress! That's the most important thing. The journey to get there had a few bumps. The first dress we ordered didn't have a back zipper so she couldn't even get it on (and she's tiny). She found another but it was difficult to get assistance through the chat; it wasn't always working and didn't want to get us to a live person. Once we did, Emma was very helpful and the second dress arrived the day before the dance, and she loves it. Thanks for your help Emma!

I got two dresses from Lucy in the sky, they are really good quality and the designs are very cute, but the first dress I got it was xs because that’s my size but it came up a little bit short, I’m 5’4 and 110lbs so keep that in mind!. The second dress I got I decided to get it in S and this time the length it was perfect just on me the chest it was a little bit big on me but that’s just depends on the person but even though they look so pretty!
