I never got the dress. I kept checking the tracking number for days and it said it was still in pre shipping condition in California. Meaning dress never left the warehouse. I contacted them and explained to them it was for my daughter’s homecoming dance and they just said sorry it was lost in transit and they didn’t have another one to send. Terrible customer service and experience. Will never buy again from them.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible customer service, I will not refund my $$$ over a stain that was there when I received the dress! Poor quality and poor customer service!!!!!!!!

I’ve truly never written a review for a clothing company that wasn’t positive. This was horrible. Some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. My package was returned to sender so I asked to have it resent. Offered to cover shipping. They were so rude and short with me. Told me I can’t “make up options”. Allegedly they refunded me but I doubt I’ll get that. The dresses were final sale so I can’t reorder them. They blocked me when I asked to speak to someone else.

I got a quick response back, it was what I needed, and it was good customer service!

Gorgeous dresses, they do run a bit small. One note, the return policy is awful, they dont offer refunds only store credit.

Loved the dress I bought for winter formal, but I’m going to exchange it for something with more sparkle! It shipped quickly and customer service responded quickly with a return label.

These dresses are amazing! The fit is spot-on, the quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. On top of that, shipping is super fast. Couldn’t be happier!

It took a long time to get to me and still it had to get sent back for unknown reason. But the consumer service was very kind and helpful. They definitely have good dresses and prices just wasent able to get it.

I like that I got store credit for our return but I would’ve loved a credit back to my visa. Customer service was helpful when I was looking for my credit. :)

Do NOT use this company if you are an international customer. I have spent twice as much on delivery/customs/returns/more customs than the items themselves. None of this is made clear on their website (unless you search for it) - and neither is the fact that they do not offer a refund.

They were very helpful and fix the problem I was having quickly. The lady I was emailing was also very kind and patient.

I purchased a sweater for my daughter and gave it to her a holiday present. By the time she received the sweater they return window needed. The sweater was beautiful but did not fit her properly. I wrote a letter with my issue and within 48 hours Lucy in the Sky sent an email back with return label. Very impressed with the quality of clothes the sell and the wonderful customer service group that they have on staff.
