I bought some Lucy Quartermaine earrings from Ernest Jones in Chester a couple years ago which I love.
Unfortunately the post on one of them had become bent and therefore wasn’t fastening correctly.
I called into the boutique in Garden Lane and the lady straightened the post and it’s now perfect and I don’t have to worry about it falling out.
Great customer service!

I attended Lucy’s boutique yesterday for three piercings.

I can not recommend enough!

Lucy is warm instantly makes you feel comfortable well remaining professional she takes her time you don’t feel rushed at all and she ensures your completely happy before leaving.

Ordered a ring and bracelet for my wife for Mother's Day. Promised delivery within 2-4 working days so should have arrived in good time for Mother's Day. Absolutely no sign of them.
Advised I can track delivery progress via EVRI but 8 digit tracking number, supplied with the e mail confirming the order, is not recognised.
Just so disappointing.

Brought a diamond ring for my wife for Christmas from a h Samuel site the payment went to this woman the ring was supposed to be gold but the ring she sent me is silver in colour and no hallmark it’s like it came out of a Christmas cracker so she need not think that because she is up that end of the country I won’t go see her because a road trip ain’t no never mind to get what I paid for

Very disappointed, I ordered a necklace ( 1 left in stock) advertised at £250 with the sale code £150 paid. Received confirmation email order it was being processed. Same day another email to say order cancelled as out of stock. Within a couple of days same necklace advertised ( 1 left in stock) with less discount. No reply to email sent. Poor customer service and false advertising. Such a shame as I love the designs and had started building a collection.

I needed help in choosing an item to be the right size for someone else and Lucy Quratermaine were very helpful. The bracelet I bought was just right and made a beautiful present.

Wrong item sent of much lower value. Had to send back at cost of over £7. Expensive for something you didn’t order in the first place.

I bought a cute Silver mini spalsh pendant and requested the chain with different length. The customer service was superb, very helpful ,
Only thing is , I thought the pendant is solid , but, It might not be , so light . The bigger version may be solid

This is my second purchase from Lucy Quartermaine, I bought her 'dripping gold' necklace to wear to my 60th birthday party in September. Last Friday I received a Flash Sale email, 25% off everything. I decided to just have a quick look not expecting to see a silver coloured version of my beautiful, much revered gold necklace. Normal going I would have had to think twice, but a relative had just left me enough money to purchase it with the 25% off. I needed no persuading to press buy! It arrived 24 hours later! what service.
This one is just as beautifully crafted as the other, a perfect reminder of someone much loved who I will think about when I wear it.
Everything is exquisitely boxed, it is a part of the ritual to unwrap it before wearing, it makes me feel super special.

bought a ring as a birthday present for my sister but there were so many nice items I had to buy one for myself as well, I'm now officially a fan, I love the designs and the rings purchased so far are amazing quality, I'll definitely be back for more!
