Beatrice Rogers, Connie Skipper and Mark Williamson were all very helpful and reliable throughout the conveyancing process, able to enquire with the seller on non-legal matters on my behalf.

They always made it very easy to arrange viewings of the property and even arranged a meeting with the seller so I could ask some questions directly.

Jamie Newton has been our main contact since registering to buy. He has been incredibly responsive and very flexible offering up an evening viewing appointment on a property very recently on the market. We did not feel at all rushed at our viewing which is very refreshing. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the property and genuinely interested to learn more about what we want from our next home. He has a very calm, friendly but professional style.

Bought a flat using them. The manager Beth was great at keeping up communication before, during and after the sale. Highly recommended.

Beatrice Rogers and her team have been excellent, not an easy task in an unfavourable property market context particularly in London. She excelled in negotiating better deals, the team's organization of viewings flowed smoothly during my absence abroad; the suggestion of solicitor was quite adequate. Overall she was very approachable and accommodating to both seller and buyer. Overall, a seamless process.

Matthew McCarthy very responsive to my queries about a particular property I wanted to view. After popping into his office he explained what would be required should I decide to make an offer. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the offer process.
He scheduled a viewing time and arrived a few minutes early. He was knowledgeable about the property and the area.
Straight after the viewing he provided all the details needed by way of a follow up meeting.
I enjoyed having Matthew as my property consultant!

Ashley was great! Good communication with quick responses, the viewing was well organised and insightful.

Awful experience with Ludlow Thompson Lordship Lane. They only contact you to ask for things and are always very dismissive of any issues you might raise. Also staff are very poor in communication. If you’re a tenant, think twice before renting a property with them and know that likely you won’t get any support when you need it.

Kirsty Rowley, from the Oval branch, led on our sale. She was excellent throughout. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending her. Two strengths I'd particularly highlight are:

(1) Her knowledge of the local area and property market. I believe this helped us pitch our property at the right price, and I believe resulted in us achieving a sale price that was higher than we would of achieved with other local agents (3 other agents recommended marketing the property at a conservative price and 1 other at an unachievable price).

(2) Consistently professional. Selling a property can be a long process, but Kirsty maintained the highest levels of professionalism throughout. This was reassuring when dealing with such a significant life event.

Mark Williamson supported throughout with the sales progression. It was excellent to have his support in ensuring the sale wasn't getting stuck at any stage. Also at a key moment his detailed knowledge of the process enabled him to advise that what seemed like a straightforward request, could actually result in a delay to the sale. Due to his advise we were able to avoid this delay.

Ashley was patient, kind and professional. And he was helpful with answering any questions I had.

Absolutely awful communication to landlords. Delays of months to compete simple repairs. Can never get hold of anyone, non-responsive to email and phone. Worst estate agents we’ve used.
