Amazingly quick and easy to book help…
Amazingly quick and easy to book help when you need it! We had a large piece of furniture with some tricky angles and three sets of stairs that had to be moved in less than 24 hours.
The two guys that came to help us were really awesome! They were prompt, polite and had great ideas on how to overcome the challenges. They got the piece moved for us and loaded into a truck in a very reasonable amount of time considering all the work that needed to be done. So glad that we used Lugg to get this job done.

Furniture was not wrapped and our table…
Furniture was not wrapped and our table top is completely ruined. Scratched and gouged. The table was $1895. They took 24 minutes from arrival to finish loading and reported 43 minutes. They took 7 minutes total to arrive, unload and use our bathroom, but reported 25 labor minutes. Completely dishonest. They are over reporting their time loading and unloading to overcharge me. Lugg reports they are supposed to wrap furniture not just have it thrown in the back of a pickup. This is the second time I tried Lugg. The first time no one even showed up during our moving window and it ultimately got canceled because noone could fulfill it. I gave it a second chance and this is what we get completely ruined furniture and overcharging inaccurate labor time.

The guys did a great job
The guys did a great job, they were so polite, and when we ran into a problem they worked to find a solution. They were very knowledgeable and kept working to figure out a way to solve the problem. In the end the piece of furniture did not fit, but they tried everything! Thank you!

Great folks with great customer service…
Great folks with great customer service but unfortunately, they ran nearly 50 minutes late and the person at the pick up put the merchandise outside her house risking a valuable loss.
