Great company!
I am very happy to have found out about Lugg.com! I simply needed a sofa moved from my house out to my ADU, and this company provided the manpower (2 "luggers") that I needed. After making a reservation (which was a little confusing), they were great at communicating and confirming the date and time of pickup. Sam in the office was especially helpful. They notified me when they were close by and showed up within the promised timeframe. The guys (John & Yacine) were friendly and efficient, and the job was done in 13 minutes. They charged me according to what they promised, plus a "booking fee" of $4.24. I'm very happy with Lugg.com and wouldn't hesitate to request their services in the future.

The drivers were amazing but the site is just ok. Unlike Uhaul you cannot connect with your driver directly. This is a little bit of a pain.

Communication was fantastic
Communication was fantastic. I received constant updates on where the drivers were and when they would be at pick up and drop off locations. Also I had a question on what size vehicle I would need and I got a quick and accurate response. The only small complaint was that I ordered a sectional and when putting together they didn’t connect one side correctly. I can’t do this myself do I will need to get someone over to do this for me.
