They kept updating the process from going to the store, being there and on the way to my house. The two men who delivered the furniture were very cautious and moved the consol exactly where we wanted it and even helped put on the pocket doors. Great service.

The team did an excellent job with my move. We had a large amount of belongings, and they were surprisingly efficient at fitting everything into the van. The movers were polite, professional, and maintained clear communication throughout the process. I was quite anxious about the move beforehand, but they made it a great experience.

I scheduled the appointment a day ahead…
I scheduled the appointment a day ahead of time. Lugg wasn’t able to schedule a person to pick up my item during the scheduled period and didn’t even tell me it had failed until the time slot was almost expired. At that time, lugg couldn’t tell me when a person would be able to come and lugg didn’t offer any fee reduction or other form of apology for failing to meet its obligations. It was only when I contacted lugg and requested attention that service was scheduled and a $10 discount offered. That’s not good customer service.
