Beautiful clothes, trustworthy company, really good quality too, I ordered a boys outfit and some shoes and they were packaged beautifully and for such a good price I expected cheap feeling material but it was gorgeous and thick and fluffy and soft, will definitely order from here again!!

Only thing I would say is that the white writing on light pink items doesn't show very clearly which is probably my fault for choosing the combo but the dark pink writing looks nice

Would not recommend AT ALL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I paid £55 for a personalised cosy toes for my baby’s pram and when it was delivered the full product was completely defective. Instead of putting a zip on both sides of the cosy toes, they decided they wanted to be stingy and save themselves a couple quid by only adding one zip that followed all the way around. So when I tried pulling the personalised part over the lip at the front so it sits how it’s supposed to, it kept pulling it up inside the pram and wouldn’t sit properly. I couldn’t get a refund as it’s a personalised item, so Ive had no choice but to rip the product I spent £55 on for it to actually work and look how it should. Not to mention they didn’t securely attach the bow onto the product either so less than one hour it being out of the packaging the piece of ribbon came away from the product leaving it with a tacky crap bow that looks like my 4 year old stuck on.

My advice would be to not waste your money and just get it from somewhere else! The prices for a personalised cosy toes from this company are through the roof and unreasonable as it is, let alone pay it and have it delivered only to find it be 0/10 quality and defective. Then to top it all off find out you can’t get a refund as it’s personalised!! So basically as long as it’s personalised they’re allowed to just rip you off.

For your information, the cosy toes was fitted perfectly fine. I’ve been a parent for 4 years now so I’m pretty sure i know how to fit on a cosy toes inside a pram. Besides the fact it was absolutely huge and doesn’t fit in the pram without being crammed in, it was low quality and defective due to the cheap way it was made. Why on gods green earth would I pay £55 for a PERSONALISED cosy toes so my child’s name goes along the front, then take the front of it off and not use it? Because believe me when I say the only way it would’ve fit half decently inside the pram would be to remove the top half and not use the personalised part. The cosy toes was not ripped in a “forceful attempt to make it fit” it was ripped in a genuine attempt to make it fit how it should’ve done. Also, how do you know that I tore the bows off? Or are you just making stuff up now to try defend your reputation? Oh yes, let me just tear off the bow of this £55 cosy toes I’ve just had delivered and make it look even worse than it already is, because that makes sense doesn’t it?? Every single one of your cosy toes I’ve ordered in the past have been perfectly fine not abit of bother, but funnily enough this one is? Are you certain it’s not just down to bad design, instead of blaming the customer you should try working on the problem. I’m also not apologetic about my harsh language, I’m an 8 month pregnant woman that’s very angry at the fact she’s just been ripped off £55. Thanks very much.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a personalised hat for my newborn and this came with the writing massively noticeably wonky. I emailed the company to which they offered to send out a replacement which I thought was great service to start with. The replacement has arrived and it is exactly the same as the original hat. It’s like they’ve not even bothered to fix the mistake. I then emailed the company again to just get a refund as I paid £17.99 for this and it is shocking. They have refused to process a refund because they claim to have checked this before posting. Clearly this was not checked otherwise they would notice this. I have also sent in proof of the two hats. This is disgusting. I will be reporting this company to trading standards and contacting my bank for a chargeback

I provided yourself with the images of the hats I received, the replacement hat was worse than the first. The rim of the hat wasn't wonky as this was how it was sent out to me. The writing is so small and not even in the middle of the hat as you advertise on your website which is what made me make this purchase as on the website it looks great. But the products I received are appalling. I don't even want the products. I was more than happy to return these and receive my refund so I could purchase elsewhere. If anyone would like the images sending for proof, I am happy to forward these. I will not be made to be a liar.

Brilliant little company, a mistake was made on a blanket I ordered and straight away they fixed it for me and the next day I had another blanket, would definitely recommend them, quality products and great customer service.

Bought a Christmas outfit for my daughter. It was beautifully made and the whole online shopping experience was seamless including the delivery. Wished they used natural fabrics like cotton and wool though.

I ordered the babies pink hat with pom poms and rabbit on front , it was perfect exactly like picture , good quality and arrived in a couple of days.

Ordered a personalised blanket and paid next day delivery, however personalised items can take 5 working days before posting out. Emailed them after ordering explaining if it was possible to get it to me within 3 days as I ordered last minute. Arrived the next day after ordering absolutely brilliant services and beautiful items will definitely be recommending to family and friends and be buying again. Thank you!☺️ x

I needed a last minute baby gift and stumbled upon this lovely website with their cute little items. I placed my order and received an email about allowing 5 days for the items to be personalised. I must have missed this bit while ordering, so I sent an email askng for the order to be cancelled while apologising about missing the 5 day bit. I got an email back almost immediately from Phil letting me know that they will fast track my order. Unbelievable! 5 stars already.
I received the items todayand to say the are beautiful isan understatement. The quality of the items have blown my mind away. The blanket is so soft and will keep the little one really warm while the little baby comforter is to die for. The personalisation is so neatly done, I am tempted to order a baby comforter for myself... lol.

Beautiful items and excellent communication . Used Lullaby Lane a few times and on the last occasion accidentally used different spelling for the same name on 2 different items without knowing. The next day I received a text notifying me of this and asked which spelling it was I wanted. I texted back with the spelling the way the dad had texted me, then after checking with the mom about 10 mins later it turned out it was a different spelling (dad had typed it as it was pronounced!). So straight away texted Lullaby the final spelling. So I had kind of messed them about a bit accidentally. Replies came back straight away and my items were dispatched to the recipients the very next day! The recipients are over the moon with how beautiful the hat and blanket are. An excellent company you can trust to make everything perfect for you.
