Amazing company... 5*+
Have ordered of this company a couple of times now and will continue to do so. There product's are fab great price and quick dispatch. We have had a couple of personalized hats they are long last and great fit. We get lots of compliments every time my little one wears hers can't recommend enough.

Highly recommended shop
Bought a embroidered hat just before christmas and have only recently started getting the proper use of it. The material is good quality, flawless lettering on the hat with a big fluffy Pom. I continue to get compliments on the hat, quality and affordable price, will highly recommend to others.

Bought a tartan Christmas dress for my little girl a few months ago, received amazing customer service and the quality it fabulous. Due to my little girl growing quicker than expected I did need the bigger size I contacted Lullaby Lane and they changed the dress to the bigger size straight away, I also got the matching socks, knickers, shoes and headband for her due to the quality being so good. I can’t wait to buy even more things for her due to the exceptional quality and absolutely phenomenal customer service. Such a lovely family run business and everyone I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful!

Excellent quality highly recommended
Excellent quality pom pom hats for both my toddler and baby. We’ve had lots of compliments when wearing them out. Delivery was very fast, ours actually arrived next day which was brilliant. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending to my family and friends.

Amazing experience from this little family run business. I ordered a personalised baby loungewear set which I absolutely love - have not been able to find one for such a small baby (3-6 months) anywhere else! I also ordered two tartan baby outfits, one unfortunately was too small however I returned it with no issues and received the refund promptly. The second tartan dress was perfect, such a lovely thick material with an underlay. We used it for our baby’s Christmas photoshoot. I looked so much more expensive than it was!

I received
One ribbed fabric
One plain fabric
One was white
One was off white
One had silver stitching
One had dark great stitching
The font wasn’t the same on either hat and both hats had a wonky letter. pics available . Please don’t waste your money purchasing from here because you will be left with the product and refused a refund. Go elsewhere

It is always disappointing for our small family business to receive a low score review, however, as in our email communication with you yesterday you stated you would be taking to social media to ensure we lose sales, unfortunately this comes as no surprise.
To respond some of the points you have raised.
We are aware that the ribbing on the best selling larger hats is different, that is why we have included a photo on every page of our website that sells these hats of them laid out in size order that clearly show the hat you will receive.
We use the same high quality brand embroidery thread for stitching, and the same professional standard embroidery software for the formation of the letters. Our high quality UK made hats are our highest selling product and in the vast majority of cases our customers are delighted with them. And consider them good value for money.
I am sorry that this has caused you to be so angry. Our refund policy regarding personalised items is quite clear and we apply it fairly.
