I ordered a blanket on Jan 1, 2020 and never received it. I made numerous attempts to contact them however no response. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charges thank god. Do NOT order from this company, it is a total scam!

Ordered and paid for a plush blanket. I received a horrible shirt. What a rip off this company is. Don't fall for this scam.

Total Scam!!! I ordered a blanket and received a cheap, ugly t-shirt instead. No response to e-mails. This so called “company” needs to be shut down due to fraudulent activity. Buyer Beware!!!!

Beware of lulusday total scammers. In the mind blankets mean tacky tshirts. Stay away from that site. A big learning lesson for me.

They don't even deserve 1 star. This RIP-OFF company should be shut down!! I ordered a blanket and got a cheap, ugly wallet!! Multiple emails sent have not been answered. From the other reviews I'm reading, this is the company's normal practice. Soooo.... If you feel like throwing away $20 or $30, go right ahead. I only wish I had read the reviews first!!!!! How can this be allowed??!!!! Simply disgusting for a company to steal hard-working people's money.

Total scam. Just like the rest, I ordered a blanket and 49 days later received a cheap ugly shirt that is worth about $5

I ordered a pink shearling comforter and they sent me an XXL yellow rain coat. I emailed them several times and got no response. Luckily, I made my purchase through PayPal and PayPal managed to contact them and they agreed to refund my money.

I order a quilted blanked got a t-shirt no reply to messages at all i have emailed them loads of time this side is a scam wouldn't even give 1 star but u don't have a choice

If I can get this company shut down I will ,I will bad mouth them on every site I see take money from me you piece of company .Send me a shirt when you don’t know my size and thinking it will cover your bottom not going to cut it please everyone don’t follow buy or open there site total scam lulus remember this company and report every chance you get .

I ordered an item. they sent the wrong item (i ordered a steel drum and they sent me a Christmas shirt!). I have emailed them several times (both to Lulusday and to Nanas studio) and they haven't answered any of my emails. I will never buy anything from them (or anything from China) again!

I ordered a comfy blanket back in December and within seconds of submitting I realized I ordered the wrong size. Within minutes I sent a msg to their email (couldn't find a number for them) and notified them of the mistake. Crickets...no response. I've continued sending them emails to no avail..
I checked the tracking and it shows it was delivered on 1/9/2020, but the only thing I received was a stupid t-shirt. No packing slip, no company name. Nothing! I've sent approximately 10 emails and no response whatsoever! I have since filed a claim with my bank and they will be investigating. I will also be filing a claim through Facebook since I placed an order through their stupid ad. Never again! This company is not legit and is a complete fraud. Don't fall victim!

I ordered two cosy looking blankets from there add on face book I ordered them back on December I still have not received and they won't answer my emails

Ordered 2 x Duvet Blankets on Line and Took my Money, Sent me confirmation and a Despatch Number, Received a Parcel with this Number and I contained 2 x Large t Shirts. I tried to Email to get a Response but nothing. Had to Speak to my Credit card Company and Get a Refund that Way which they were brilliant about.

THIS SHOULD BE NO STARS OR BETTER YET, NEGATIVE STARS!! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY GLADLY TOOK MY MONEY THEN NEVER DELIVERED MY ITEM. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING DAILY FOR A MONTH AND NO RESPONSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT IS TOTAL BS!!!!
