It´s a cheating Company. I order Model of Millenium Falcon and got a little Doll for 30.-€! I check my Credit Card. Only the Debit about the Order goes away. If the Company will scam my Credit Card i will show that Police. Don´t make Order at this Company. You not will get, what u have ordered.

Definitely a scam company that keep getting away with it. Do not buy anything from these Rip off merchants, get on to your bank or paypal & get payments to these a**holes blocked!

This company deserves NO stars. Ordered 3 Shearling blankets over a month ago. Received my package today to find 3 ugly orange tshirts! $70 for 3 tshirts! Filed a dispute with paypal and was told to give them 10 days to respond and if no response I will get a refund. Sent email with pictures to Lulusday. Waiting for response although Im almost certain I will not get one. Something should be done about Scams like this! Paypal should not make payments to them with soooo many complaints of this scam.

I wish I could Rate a zero or negative. I ordered the 'wonderful' looking blanket and hurried to do it because the timer was running out. Stupid me should have known. Then I went to look up reviews to see how everyone loved the blankets they ordered and found this. I received the crappy t-shirt. Luckily, I used PayPal to pay for it and am getting reimbursed. Shame on cheaters like this. You'll get yours!

Yep... joining the growing number of those who were scammed thinking they were getting comforters but after over a month got a butt ugly sweatshirt and coat instead.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT THAT YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE WITH. Coincidentally, the card I used was hacked within a week and several charges to USPS were made, 8 charges in fact over a 48 hour period. I had my suspicions it could have been Lulusday since it was the ONE TIME I ever made a purchase on a unknown website but I wanted to remain optimistic and waited patiently to receive those comforters that were supposed to be given to my daughters. Once I saw the package on my doorstep, I knew immediately just from the size of it that it was all a scam and they probably hacked my card too. Yep, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If you already received the wrong item, immediately call your bank or PayPal & file a dispute!

Open a dispute. Insist on fraudulent activity.
Ask the bank or PayPal for a separate address to their fraud division so you can send an immediate link to this page and take a few screenshots for extra measure. Do not continually email the company because you will only lose valuable time and get no response. Email them once, the obligatory email, to show that you did try to give them a chance

I too ordered the fluffy blanket and got an ugly plum colored sweater. What the hell do I do now? I was stupid enough to use a credit card without first checking this site. I hope karma gets all involved in this scam!

Terrible place - sent wrong item . Ordered dec 21 and got it in the states Jan 30. Terrible and sent the entire wrong item - won’t respond back to any emails . Great scammers though . Caution - DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a blanket before Christmas and I still never received it even though they said that it was delivered and the only thing that was delivered was a tiny little wallet. SCAM!!!!!? GRRRRR

I ordered a toy for my cats 2 months ago, eventually they stopped replying to emails and I can't access their website anymore.

These a$$holes don’t deserve even a one star rating...It’s seems very clear their intentions were to lure people along with nice looking merchandise at a reasonable price while never actually intending to deliver or honour their customers purchases.

If I could give zero stars I would.
As I’ve just seen I like a lot of people ordered the fluffy blanket thing. I received a t-shirt worth $16.99 when I paid £30.85 for the blanket. I emailed them and got no reply. I sent them a message on Facebook messenger with photo of my order and what I received, they did reply and apologised and said I could keep the t-shirt as compensation and they’d send me a blanket. Surprise surprise it never arrived. Yet again I messaged them on messenger and got no reply, as soon as I said that their customer service is shocking and I wanted a refund they blocked me!!
Luckily my bank are looking into it for me and I should get my money back through them.
PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a comforter as a birthday gift and I haven’t received anything!! It says it’s in transit and I’ve emailed them several times and they have never responded. I should have researched this company before I ever ordered anything from them!!

I ordered 2 fluffy blankets like MANY of you and received 2 TINY kids windbreaker jackets. It's horrible to know how people can live with themselves by scamming others.

Apologies for being repetitive but this is a SCAM. Ordered a lovely big fluffy blanket and received an ugly M size t-shirt. Didn't connect the two things at first but I received an email to say my order had been delivered. Emailed them back several times and have been totally ignored. PayPal are dealing with it but by the reviews I'm reading on here, they're not being realistically helpful and still continue to send money to this sham of a company, so not hopeful of getting my money back. Come on Karma, do your job.
