As soon as I pressed buy the amount of Lulutox changed from 1 pk to 3 and instead of it costing me 17.99 it shot up to 46.pound plus. I tried to cancel straight away it was told already gone through and on the way my bank got in touch to tell us of unauthorised withdrawals of which they managed to stop except for the 46 pounds and had the inconvenience of cancelling my credit card the product arrived 2 weeks later and was thinking of returning it at my own cost but kept a bag and sold on other 2
After trying the product it honestly tasted disgusting and had no peach flavour at all and smelt like vile

I thought I had received a full refund for my order placed in error
The funds were iny account one day and gone two days later, after I wrote a great review.
I have contacted Lulutox and as you all know, I am waiting for a response. Who knows when that will be

So I gather I'm not the only one reviewing 'accidentally ordering the product ' or 'promotional offer and receiving and being charged for more bags'
I only wanted 1 bag to try it but whilst going to the checkout a number of screens came up etc
Closed these and then found out I'd checked out... with a further 3 bags and at a cost of £50+
Emailed straight away to explain but surprise surprise no response
I felt so stupid but now reading these reviews gather its the norm.

It's quite a pleasant taste

Shocking customer service promise one thing then say another. Deliberate delays to avoid refunds after 30 day delivery timeframe. As for the product not worth it most of tea bags are burst quality is shocking. Stir clear and keep your money.

Very Angry and Disappointed Customer
Yesterday I received an email to order 3 bags of Detox tea at discounted price-80% off. No price was listed. I clicked on the link that takes you to the site to see the prices. Was not going to purchase more at this time because I could not afford it at the time, so I clicked out of the window. Within seconds of doing that I received an email from Pay Pal with a receipt for 3 bags of this stuff of which I did not purchase!! Within minutes of receiving this email I contacted Customer Service to cancel the order, because I DID NOT AUTHORIZE PAYMENT! One Customer Service agent told me that they would be able to cancel or modify my order, but then another one told me that they were not able to authorize it because the product had already processed and shipped. How convenient of you to go ahead and process it without reading any of the dialogue...it is all attached so everything is right there, but you still went ahead and processed and shipped it anyway! You didn't even respond to the original email of cancellation request before shipping out the product. You Surely can't ship something out as fast as your claiming but then the product takes 14-17 days to receive when your located in the US! This also happened to me the very 1st time I ordered from you! I should report you to the BBB. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN and I'm very angry because now I'm out the money that I didn't have any intention of spending! Would never recommend anyone doing business with you guys because you are very sneaky in getting people to purchase your product! And if my account is set up to be on recurring I'm going to be pissed!

I placed an order for 3 bags of Detox tea at discounted price, when my order was placed an additional order for 3 bags of full priced. I could not claim back the extra payment that I did not give permission for.
