These magnetic lashes were hor-rible! I waited a month to get them, I was so excited because of the reviews on tik-tok (fake). I tried to return the next day, and have yet to get a response. Just wasted $30. Also, the cute little case they show on rhe website...came in little ziplock type bag.

If i could not star it would be. Thank god i caught it right away. This site ,when I messaged to cancel my order said 10 mins after that it couldn't be refunded because it was already sent. Uh? 10 mins. Ya right.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Not only is it a crap product that doesn't match what's in advertising...the product arrived crushed, and they won't refund me. But instead, want to send new product if I pay shipping?! What idiots! They're here to scam you!

Wish I’d read these reviews prior to purchasing. Ordered the scalp massager and Serum. The serum did not arrive with the order, even though it’s marked ‘delivered’ Have emailed several times. NO RESPONSE.
Horrible customer service.

There were absolutely no instructions. I tried to find videos online on how to apply them but found nothing. My daughter even tried to help me but we couldn't figure it out. This was a waste of money and it literally took weeks to get coming from China.

I ordered 2 pairs (buy 1 get 1) that was supposed to come in this nice protective case. I only received 1 pair in this flimsy plastic case, in an envelope. No directions or instructions! (I have never used any fake lashes!)Took weeks of back and forth to get the response of,I'm not eligible for a refund but if I would like the 2nd pair, I'll need to pay 9.99 for shipping.

I bought a scalp massage comb at a cost of nearly £70. It came but it will not charge so it is useless.

I have now emailed Lumilux 5 times asking to return it and for a refund, I have had 1 reply from them asking me for more details that was 5 days ago.

I wish I read the other reviews before buying, I read the ones on their website but didnt realize that those are fake and I for example as a cutomer could not write one.

I ordered two pairs (buy one, get one free) I got one pair whitout the kit. No mirror, no applicator, which makes the lashes useless. I have tried...

I wish I could insert a picture of what I got, but it seems I cant.

I wrote them an email wanting my money back for me to send the product back. As a customer I should be entitled to. Their respons was something like this "let us send you the remaining parts of the kit". I replied "I should have had the entiere kit sent to me in the first place, I want a refund". They have not replied.

I bought an IPL device on October 16th and it has not been delivered yet and my emails are not being answered. The phone number is wrong. Do not buy it. It is a complete scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM LUMILUX Total Scam - Not received my order which was over £120. Mobile number doesn't work and emails have been ignored.

I ordered the magnetic lashes. I only received 1 cheap set of sticky lashes, no kit and no extra free pair this a scam . Did send them an email that I’m wanting a full refund. I received a pair of cheap stick on lashes in a small cardboard box with lots of Chinese writing … scam scam scam

Buyer BEWARE! I ordered magnetic eyelash kits during a BOGO sale, so should have received two kits. I only received one set of eyelashes in a single package with no applicator or kit. I contacted them through email and provided pictures to show that the order was incomplete. Their canned response was "our team has confirmed that all items were sent with your order". Paid through PayPal so I have a claim pending to get a full refund. This is no doubt an absolute scam!

ZERO STARS! Hopefully you’re reading this before you purchase these supposedly magnetic lashes. DO NOT BUY! I received a small yellow box with a bunch of Chinese lettering on it. Since I order a lot from Temu, i thought it was something from there & had forgotten I bought it. Well, I opened box and a pair of cheap eyelashes were in it. The box does not indicate where it came from or the name of the company. Where are the two sets of magnetic lashes & their kits that i ordered? I emailed them & they stated, i received my order. WTH?! I will definitely be reporting them to eConsumers.com & everywhere else I can. They need to send what they advertise or refund our money. I also learned my lesson of reading reviews before purchasing online! smh

I bought magnetic eyelash kits during a BOGO sale, so should have received two kits. It took over a month to receive it, and what I got was ONE set of eyelashes, not the two I ordered, and no applicator or kit at all. The item number on the eyelashes received was USB01 but the item number on the invoice was USB10. Clearly NOT the item ordered. When I contacted them and provided clear pictures and proof that this was not my order, their response was "our team has confirmed that all items were sent with your order". BUT! They can send me more eyelashes if I pay the shipping cost. I shouldn't have to pay more to get my original order fixed! This is a total scam!

This company does not deserve one star.

Ordered magnetic lashes on 9/27/2024 and received shipment notification the next day. Unable to track with provided tracking number. I sent a few emails asking for either an update or a refund but have yet to even receive a response.

Update: Lashes finally arrived yesterday, October 29. Ordered 2 sets during BOGO sale but received only 1 set the applicator is flimsy and no instructions were included.

I was sent a set of magnetic eyelashes but I didn't get the last set where the magnetic tweezers were included, but you can get your money back by filling out a form so they come and pay me my money back zero star to you

Wish I read the reviews. A complete scam. You get sent complete crap & they do not respond to outreaches despite claiming a money back guarantee on the website. Avoid like the plague or just set fire to your money.

I bought an item over a month ago. It was delivered to a wrong postcode and got a notification the item has been returned to the sender. I came to realise they actually don't have a customer service phone number.
I've tried reaching out to the email address provided but nothing. Just lost £64

I bought a pair of their magnetic eyelashes to try and they did not send the applicator with them. I have contacted them several times through email and they have yet to send them. What a waste of money!
