Very courteous, friendly and helpful.

When I called, the system was down. So I automatically thought that I wouldn't get a call back today. Maybe it would be tomorrow. But they did call back and the representative was very helpful.

Switched over from a different company. Liked lumimeds a lot better than original company. Ended up after a few months went to trizepatide compound through another provider due to price. Liked lumimeds though and would come back if I didn't already make the change.

I had a very positive experience with Lumimeds and will use them again if needed in the future. Signing up was a breeze, prices were reasonable and I could use my has, and prescriptions were sent without any issue. I had a question on two occasions and both times an answer was given promptly. Medications were safe and extremely effective. I am so appreciative of Lumimeds and will definitely recommend to others.

I am having a hell of a time with Lumi Meds. They used to have 2 separate portals ? And now they upgraded to single portal but it doesnt pull your history.

When I went to renew I was totally confused on the new portal and selected the 399 membership I had last time (so I thought). I got new patient intake forms which I questioned multiple times. I messaged saying keep me same med same dose. Crickets.

Then I get ozempic at a significantly higher dose than my equivalent tirz dose in the mail unexpectedly.

You can't call - every number puts you on hold then eventually just says leave a message.

This company is criminal I have NEVER spoken to a doctor. When they finally acknowledged my message they said sorry you get what you ordered and we might be able to ship what you were on if you buy it again at full price and the prescriber agrees. How the hell did a prescriber agree to change it in the first place.

RUN from this place it's not even cheap.

Horrible from the start. Do Not go through this company. I paid the money, no support, didnt even talk to a DR or nurse. Not sure what they sent but it wasn't what it was supposed to be. I wish I could have it tested. So so disappointed. This company should be investigated.

I mistakenly ordered wrong product which was in processing. This is my first order so I am not familiar at all. I went into panic mode and could not get back into the portal.Mark helped me by changing order immediately! He was so polite and proficient, fortunately he switched it so it didn’t interrupt processing or shipping. I immediately was able to login as soon as I got off of the phone. My portal was completely updated! Such a pleasure having great customer service, especially with such a completely new process for me.

Tim from the customer service team was super compassionate and helpful. He was my best experience with customer service for Lumimeds thus far.
