Just ordered my 3 month subscription and it’s been a great experience so far. The customer service is amazing! I spoke with Jethro and Cara. I also live in CT and shipping was great! I placed my order Wednesday night and received it 8 days after. Everything that you need is sent to you, along with directions on how to inject.

**Update*** is been 4 days now I was told I would receive my new meds over night on Thursday last week to be delivered Friday. I was also told I would be given a tracking number and all. Well Friday came and went and I was told they where waiting to hear from the pharmacy....Then nothing else Friday night or Saturday. I reached out and I was given the same answer, which I expected as it was the weekend. On Sunday someone from lumi meds contacted me about how I'd be notified today (Monday) with an update. Well it's 5pm here where I'm at and still not a peep not an update nothing. I was told Sunday not only would I get an update, but the new meds would be overnighted for Tuesday....I am highly doubting this will be happening since I haven't heard anything and there has been no new updates. To say I went from highly impressed to highly disappointed is to say the least. I went with this company off recommendations from my friends and co workers. I guess I didn't get as lucky as them when it came to a smooth process. $400 isn't cheap and I was excited to start this journey. Now I'm feeling disheartend and extremely disappointed....
There was an unexpected delay in my meds causing them to arrive outside the window they thought they would come. Tim called me back after u sent an email inquiring about my concerns the team was wonderful and he really helped to assist me getting new meds overnighted. Thank you!

Picking the right company for GLP 1 ‘s is hard. My experience with LumiMeds has been very positive. Questions are answered via chat or a phone call. NIkki from admin will always get back to me the same day. You need a strong support team to navigate the process and Lumimeds will get you there. The starter pack is a great deal and the subscriptions are reasonable.

I was told my RX went to the pharmacy on 2/27, yet it did not. I followed up today, 3/7 and was messaged that it was just sent. Im now left with no medication. This is unexceptable and will not be continuing with the company once my last dose is completed. There's plenty of others selling these medications.
