This was the best and most efficient customer service I’ve received. I made an order while browsing that I didn’t mean to complete, I just wanted to look through shipping policy etc., and when I saw an order go through I immediately emailed and used the ‘contact us form’ to cancel my order for a refund. They replied within an hour or so and by the next day my order was cancelled and a refund will be issued in 5-7 days. If the refund comes through this was a 5/5 experience.

The customer service is extremely helpful and my situation was resolved almost immediately! Great company which cares about its customer!

I accidentally subscribed and Gwen was very helpful canceled for me and I. did order again. I’m hoping it lowers my cholesterol and if it does I’ll be a customer for life! Don’t hesitate to try the product because the customer service is excellent .

Love this company, goods are excellent. However I didn't know that I had signed up for a subscription. I contacted them ,the subscription was cancelled, no problem . I will continue to buy from them.

Ordered product in early June, still hasn't arrived as of July 15. They sent me several emails that the product had "shipped" which all turned out to be fake.

I had a question about my order and emailed the company. In a matter of minutes I received two separate replies which addressed my inquiry. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received a response and was confident my issue was resolved. Shipping took longer than expected but it came overseas.

Customer service is great.
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
They handle issues amazingly. When I emailed with a problem I received a response within 5 minutes and the problem was completely resolved within 15 minutes of my original email.

i thought i was making a one of purchase , but it appears it was ongoing, once i contacted them, they cancelled the subscription immediately

I accidently placed an order with Lumineorganics. Their site guided me to send an email as the method of contact. I emailed them my problem. They responded very quickly and canceled my order and reimbursed my payment method.

I placed my order on June 30, and as of July 14, I still haven't received it. The USPS tracking has provided no useful information, making it impossible to know when the package will actually arrive.

What was especially surprising is that, although the company appears to be based in the U.S., my order is being shipped from China. That was not something I expected when I placed the order, and I wish this had been disclosed more clearly upfront.

Because of the long shipping time, lack of meaningful tracking updates, and unexpected international shipping, I honestly started wondering whether this company was legitimate. I hope the product eventually arrives, but the purchasing experience has been very disappointing.

UPDATE: This is a scam! The whole month passed never received the product and customer service ignoring emails so no refund from their side too!

Answered amd solved my query straight away.

I ordered accidentally the once a month delivery. I sent an email to Lumine. They responded quickly and looked after the situation. I look forward to trying the order of magnesium.

Well I’ve not had my delivery yet as I only ordered their special turmeric two pots this morning
Erroneously it put on a repeat order. I contacted customer services and they immediately addressed and sorted it. I’m impressed

Great customer service. I made a mistake with an order and emailed late in the evening. Got an immediate personal response and everything was quickly rectified.

I order a product which I have been very happy with but did not realise I was signing up to a monthly subscription. I requested to cancel and return my order then was refunded half the cost. Then received another package the next month and returned it. Thankfully with my second request to cancel it has now been done the response has been fantastic. Thank you
