When I ordered from Lumine I didn’t realise I was signing up to a repeat subscription, however on emailing their customer service they immediately cancelled the subscription, and were very helpful. I would have given 5 stars the only reason I haven’t is that it took a couple of weeks for the order to arrive.

I subscribed without doing my homework & then found out I couldn’t take them as I was on certain blood pressure medication, within 20 minutes of contacting their customer service department I got a message saying that’s not a problem and that I will be reimbursed, great customer service.

I’m a bit concerned as the packaging has changed, it has no information on it plus capsules are now a different colour. To previous capsules. I’ve actually thrown them away as they look shonky

Their quick response and action to correct my problem has resulted in this 5 star review and I am now a loyal repeat customer

I have just ordered the Colligan with peptides because I am struggling with hair loss. When I put the order in I made a mistake and the subscription was clicked. When I realised that I emailed customer service right away. I am very happy with how quickly they responded and sorted out my concerns. Thank you.

I’ve been using the hair removal product for about 2 months and even though lack consistency I have seen a decrease in hair for sure. Worth every penny.

I ordered the product and didn't get it. I reached out and got a response and they agreed to ship it again. Twice I've never received it and had initially ordered it in May. It MUST be a scam!!

Your customer service is excellent. My request to cancel my subscription was acted on quickly and efficiently, giving me clear information. Unfortunately I haven't experienced any benefit from taking these pills.

This was the best and most efficient customer service I’ve received. I made an order while browsing that I didn’t mean to complete, I just wanted to look through shipping policy etc., and when I saw an order go through I immediately emailed and used the ‘contact us form’ to cancel my order for a refund. They replied within an hour or so and by the next day my order was cancelled and a refund will be issued in 5-7 days. If the refund comes through this was a 5/5 experience.

The customer service is extremely helpful and my situation was resolved almost immediately! Great company which cares about its customer!

I accidentally subscribed and Gwen was very helpful canceled for me and I. did order again. I’m hoping it lowers my cholesterol and if it does I’ll be a customer for life! Don’t hesitate to try the product because the customer service is excellent .
