I had a query on my order and it was sorted by return of email . Good stuff .

I ordered it to try it--after 3 weeks no results Was going to send it back with it's so called guarantee and here comes another 3 bottles Typical scam BS. Then they want tyou to send it back and make all kinds of BS deals for you to keep it SCAM SCAM SCAM

Top notch customer service.

Again, like all the reviews, I wanted to try the product first before ordering more. Seems it automatically subscribes you. I emailed Lumine Organics and they cancelled my subscription right away. As well, the product comes from China, which I'm not happy about and didnt know until i got the tracking email. Ive read there is lead in the product as well.

Really appreciate the helpful customer service department. They were wonderful and efficient. Very excited to try their product.

Charged me for something i didn't recieve.

I mistakenly signed up for a subscription when I only wanted to purchase one product. The customer service support was excellent with a very prompt reply to my request to cancel, and a quick cancellation of the subscription.

I placed an order that I needed to cancel straight away and the costumer service was great and answered my request immediately and proceeded to tha cancelation. I also accidentally subscribed for monthly orders because it comes “pre-selected” and that’s not nice but it was easy to cancel!

This company has super sneaky and aggressive sales tactics. I clicked on the ad which was made to look like a Facebook post from one of the groups I follow. Everyone was recommending this wonderful mouthwash!! It looked great! And isn’t this weird, my colleague and I were not 20 minutes before talking about whitening our teeth - what are the chances 🙄 Anyway I stupidly fell for it and purchased the product before my spidey sense kicked in and I checked on the post and realised it was an ad. I then checked my emails and realised that a purchase defaults to a subscription! I immediately cancelled everything and no money was spent, thankfully. I find this so underhanded and low. This marketing style prays on the vulnerable. I’m giving 2 stars because at least they got back to me quickly and I didn’t lose any money. Frankly, if your product was any good you wouldn’t need to use these tactics to trick people.

Their customer service was great. They responded quickly and helped me with my issue in a timely manner.

Be aware when ordering they make you subscribe monthly and it’s a hidden factor . I have tried to unsubscribe as I haven’t even tried it yet . I don’t trust this company and will have to phone my bank to cancel to make sure the don’t receive anymore money !!!!

I have ordered twice from Lumine Organics. The oil hair remover works average. It helps remove peach fuzz but not much else. I have yet to receive my second package and it is going on three weeks or more. I reported it missing, but no one seems to be doing much about it . My first package took over a month to arrive also.The reason for the one star is not their products, but the delivery time. Each time I have contacted them about my package, they said they have to run an investigation. It takes over a month for me to receive my products. I do not recommend this company. Find someone who can deliver as promised in a timely manner.

Do not use this company. The advised the delivery was on its way. Confirmed delivery, although it wasnt were they said it was. And after 5 emails with a promise of a investigation are ghosting me.

Great customer service, I have used the products for a couple of months with good results, as I am now in advance with them I have cancelled for a break and I had a prompt reply and immediate cancellation which was so helpful.

Customer service is first class, sorted my problem out straight away. Fantastic product too, really helps my weight loss journey. Would highly recommend x

Unfortunately the berberine complex didn't work out for me. However the customer service in refunding my payment was exceptional.
