I would give this company 0, yet another scam company. I ordered the whitening mouth wash 6th June arrived yesterday 7th July!! Opened package no delivery note included.. Red flag not sure what country they are posting from but can guess! Fuming I was charged £30 in June and then again 6 July looks like they have set me up on a subscription when I clearly only ordered one item. I checked reviews before I purchased but yet again these scam companies exist constantly setting people up on monthly subscription plans. Not sure who are writing the good reviews but please avoid this company !! I am awaiting a response from the company .. please beware

Ordered a bottle of mouthwash to try .....they signed me up for monthly delivery....got a second bottle I never ordered b 4 I could try the first one .....was impossible 2 get a hold of them to cancel .....beware

I JUST received my order yesterday so can’t really comment on the actual product yet (whitening mouthwash) but just came here to say my customer service experience about an issue with my order…..was EXCELLENT! Quick response & handled the issue immediately.

Product did not arrive, but after multiple emails to customer service they were polite and did give me my money back.

Having read the issues about subscription charges, which to be fair is very clear and I am a usual mug that gets caught! However, as I was so aware of this, I emailed to cancel my subscription the same time as purchasing the product and my subscription was immediately cancelled. I am a genuine buyer too.

The product did take 2 and a half weeks to arrive to me in the UK but all was good once it came. I did contact customer service and they were very helpful. I'm not sure if I am going to continue the subscription, I will see if the product works first but all seems good so far.

Easy initial subscription set up, product delivered on time. I needed to pause my subscription, this was done for me until further notice. Efficient service provided 👍

I’m not sure how I ended up signing up for a subscription, but when I contacted the company, they immediately corrected it. Three stars because of my confusion, but 5 stars for customer service.

Lumine organics is very professional and very accommodating in helping to navigate through my whole experience of navigating through my ordering process.

We, as in my wife and I, did not order anything from this company. I dont know why they took it upon themselves to keep sending magnesium pills when we didn’t order. We canceled all future orders. Rip off company.
Beware!

I took advantage of the 3 month supply offer which eventually arrived and I am now taking it. I haven’t seen any results but to be fair, it’s a bit early to tell. I didn’t realise there was a monthly subscription and don’t need 3 months supply every month so cancelled the subscription. To be fair the customer service response is excellent and they cancelled the subscription as soon as I asked. The site should make it clear that there will be monthly payments taken. I suspect the good customer service results in more positive reviews than the product.
