Luminorth went over and above to make sure that the packages were delivered to me before Christmas during the Canada Post strike. Not too many companies would do this anymore, and it shows they do care for their customers. Thank you for making my gift recipients days on Christmas morning :)

Due to the Canada Post strike our first order was delayed. They sent another set of lights an alternate way without asking. Their customer service is great!

I ordered the Luminorth Cube as a Christmas present for a friend who loves decorative lights, especially in winter. I added an extra one to the order for me, and I don't regret it. I love the soft, water pattern it creates in the room, the ability to change colour, and the use of an integrated LED bulb (the LED was one of the factors that helped me decide to purchase the cube).

I also need to express my appreciation for Luminorth's exceptional customer service. I ordered the Luminorth Cube on November 9, and when it looked like my order wasn't going to arrive in time for Christmas due to the Canada Post strike, they sent a new order by a different shipping service so that the package would arrive in time for Christmas (which it did), without any prompting from me.

I ordered one Luminorth cube which was delayed for a couple of weeks due to a Local postal strike. Throughout it all I was receiving constant updates and follow ups from Luminorth. I received my cube and was sent another one for free unsolicited. I can only guess because of the delay which had nothing to do with Luminorth. I would definitely recommend ordering a cube or two as they are exceptionally cool and amazing.. But more importantly, My usual fears and concerns about online purchases were completely alleviated. The care put into the whole experience was top notch.

Our local postal service went on strike, and a replacement was shipped that was received by Christmas. Great communication to let me know.
The cube lights are a great product and are being enjoyed by my family.

Great follow up and took care of all issues

Excellent customer service and very intent on getting my purchase to me on time. In light of the postal strike, they went above and beyond to do just that.

Incredible customer support!
Because of carrier delays, they reached out and shipped a new order with another carrier. Then followed-up to make sure the order was received and were happy. Impressive!

Customer Service made it great! They were absolutely amazing. My cube stopped rotating and all they asked of me was a short video showing it not working. They were ALL OVER IT - sent a replacement and when that shipment showed no movement, they started over. It took a minute to get here (I expected it would this time of year) but it's here, working, making me happy.

Luminorth had on top and professional customer service. They were greatly cooperating when my package wasn't delivered properly by the local delivery company, and that's certainly something I haven't find everywhere when ordering online.

Due to the recent strike by Canada Post, my shipment was expected to be late or not deliverable. Luminorth contacted me to say they were shipping my order with another courier. It was FREE of extra charge. Excellent customer service!

I had the best experience with the company and their product. After a delivery problem , customer service replaced the light immediately. The light is great ; if I’m not in the ocean I can almost bring it to me with their light.
It’s red now for Christmas and really adds to the ambiance of our other decorations!!

I received my products in a timely manner, as described, my room is now like a spa ... Love it!

We had to wait a while to receive them, but well worth the wait...I absolutely adore them. I hate mains lighting, but these lights make you calm and very relaxed. Best buy ever...going buy more next year.

Love my light box! Very calming and relaxing and adds that extra magic to my Christmas decorations in the room.

I had some questions regarding shipping and they got back to me within a day with answers to my questions. They were so friendly and helpful!

I just moved to a new home and autofill left out my street number on my shipping address, resulting in a return to sender that was my fault. The team at Luminorth bent over backwards to re-ship the package for free anyway! It just arrived and I couldn't be happier, the product is exactly as described, very beautiful, soothing, and easy to use. Great service and communication. Thanks in particular to Dayen in customer service.

Love the cube! It’s so nice! Also great customer service! I was having issues getting it to my place, but I was able to contact them and get a response right away with helpful information.

I initially ordered my cube in late October, and when it came I was eager to use it…But it had an issue where it would randomly reset to its default lighting mode without me touching anything. After waiting a bit to see if it would resolve by itself or not (it didn’t), I contacted customer service and they were incredibly efficient. They told me they would send me a second cube without charge and that the two year warranty I ordered with the first cube was still valid. The second cube came after a few days and works without a problem!
