I love my lamps! They create a serene atmosphere in any room--I have them in two and bought more for my siblings.

The company was very helpful with my purchases and friendly during all points of contact.

I ordered 2 lamps (one for me and one for a secret Santa gift). Had an issue where the delivery went astray and no advice back from the delivery company. Instead of waiting, the Luminorth team despatched replacement lamps and have kept me in the loop at all points in the redelivery.
Both lamps have now been delivered. I have mine running and am so happy with it. The ceiling looks like an ocean (teal colour) and is beautiful.

The cube works great!
My original package was delayed so they sent it again with another carrier.
I ended up receiving both package and they are letting me keep both for good gesture!

I ordered 2 of the cubes,

Pros:
It only took 10 days for the products to arrive from the overseas source.

The cubes were well packaged, and arrived undamaged.

Cons:
Although pretty, the cubes actual brightness leaves much to be desired, and is not as bright as advertised at its maximum setting.

The cubes do not project a full 360 degrees like they show in the advertisement photos and videos,

The remote control seems flimsy, and my TV remote randomly changed the settings on the cube…

They spammed my email every day, offering discounts on more cubes, before I even had the opportunity to evaluate my original purchase.
(Luckily, I use a few ‘spam catcher’ e-mail addresses for online purchases.)

Product works perfectly and delivery is on time. Truly appreciate the team for providing prompt assistance when required. :)

I bought one cube light few weeks ago, and I love it so much, I ordered 2 more that I just received. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! The remote doesn't always work, it's an older model of the remote so you need to point it directly at the cube, otherwise it won't respond. But even with that, sometimes the remote still won't work.

The 360 views of light across your room that the cube is advertised to do also isn't reality. It covers the ceiling well but not your walls, even if you were place the cube in the middle of a smaller room, it's still not giving the 360 lighting coverage.

I purchased 2 cubes and 1 made a very loud noise. They reached out to me and replaced it. Proactive customer service and helpful! Highly recommend.

Great customer service! I ordered two luminorth cubes and one of them came broken and would flicker whenever I slight moved the cube. When I reached out, they immediately sent me a new one free of charge! I love the cube has the lights are so pretty but the customer service definitely made it a must buy!

I ordered this product and unfortunately, the first shipment was lost. The 3rd party delivery company said they had delivered it at 2am to my house, which seemed off. I contacted Luminorth and they assisted me quickly and offered to send a new one. The customer service was very gracious and I did receive the replacement. I love the light, it has lots of different color options and creates a great feel in the house. The remote is a bit flimsy and the light doesn't always respond to the commands on the remote, taking multiple attempts, but when it works, it works!

The Luminorth lights work and appear just as advertised. I have ordered 4 as gifts. One I received did not work properly. I emailed the company and a replacement was promptly shipped at no cost. This kind of customer service is hard to come by!

First cube I received was cracked. I emailed customer service to let them know — it was still functional, I just wanted to bring their attention to potential packaging issues. They immediately sent me a new one for free and it arrived undamaged! So now I have 2, and just turned the broken part of the first one away from view. Fun lighting and very wonderful, prompt customer service!

Not only is their product excellent, but so is their customer service. After a birthday party my lamp’s remote control was nowhere to be found. I contacted luminorth and for a very small cost they sent me another one. This was all done in days. I highly recommend their gorgeous lamps and their company.
