They gave our counter (being used away) to another client, which lead to our counter being sealed by sibelga without notice. As a result I would have gone a week without electricity as they refused to ask sibelga for the accelerated service. I wasted 2 days for hours on the phone with their customer service being given different information by different people and having some outright lie to me on the phone.
I changed provider and the problem was solved in under 48 hours despite luminus claims an 'urgent ' solution didn't exist.

Times are gone for this thieves, 1 day you pay after the day that you must pay ,they makes the payment much higher, also they don't makes the payments less when the energy is cheaper:((, also with a non fixed contract:((...I CHANGE!!....to expensive....don't think or dream I gone change my opinion....:(( all this for 22 eur!!

Hello I have a huge problem with Luminustrustbank.org. The support is rude and doesnt want to help. I am new Customer and I cant do any transfer of my money to my Eu account untill i will not buy a CODE for about 200 PLN (BECAUSE I AM FROM POLAND ).THE COMPANY FOR WHO I WAS DOING SOME JOB SENT THE MONEY TO THAT BANK &NOW I AM STOPPED until.i will not pay the money for that CODE. No one wants to help me and my money are still on account lumintrustbnk.org.
Does any one here can advice what can I do to take my money from the Account ?Now I cant do any transaction. How its possible?

They say that the direct debit of my bank failed because of a mysterious reason which only Luminus has experienced. There are 3 more companies that get the monthly bill automatically from my bank account and I've never had any problem with them. My bank says there is no issue with my direct debit. All of a sudden Luminus can't get the money from my account (two months in a row) and then they punish me with 8 Euros every month. Why do you always have to be this corrupted? Don't you know any other manner? I am disgusted by this world because of the corruption companies like you create.

I get calls for the last 2 weeks,2 times a day and asked to not call back but they keep calling (yes asked multiple time to stop)
