Did not like the communication at the end when settling lost £300-£350 more than other currency exchange company and brokers, pressure and was much high before settling a figure and unable to negotiate. Will not recommend and wish i would have chosen another company I would have got more monies for sure and would have assisted me better.

Account managers are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I struggle to find your back office as professional as your front office.
I also believe that of late you are taking a larger spread on the rates.
