Scam company LUNA Baltic, you get clothes directly from China and it is impossible to contact them when you want to return the item.

Can’t believe I fell for the advertising from this company. Terrible everything - quality, design and customer service. Never going to get a refund so NEVER buy anything from them!! So sick of scams!!!

I placed an order in Aug of 2025 said was delivered in September of 25 never received it called and was told it was reordered asap well it's the end of October and still no order I have since moved and probably will never see my order my advice is to not order from Luna shop or BloomChic

This is a scam website. Their pictures are FALSE ADVERTISING!! The pictures shown aren't even close to what you get. The material feels like plastic and everything has a terrible odor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! There is no customer service, even they boast a 30 day return policy. You might as well just flush your money down the toilet.

I never received my order. They finally told me they would over only a 60% refund, which I still have not received. I believe this is a scam site.

The item is made in the cheapest horrible material I have ever seen, cannot be even called A pijama wear. Tried to contact them no response, scammers. Is a lost cause and I strongly advise to read reviews prior to buy from these chinese scammers. Avoid, 100% avoid

Poor quality and items shown do not look like the shipped product. Absolute crap. Took forever to arrive and basically don’t accept returns - have to ship to china at own cost and have a right to refuse/not refund.

Do not purchase from this store. For one, I only received one of the two items I received and they refuse to initiate a refund for the item I did not receive. Secondly, the quality of the item I did receive is terrible. It is rough, completely transparent and looks like something worth $5.00, if that.

Scam scam scam ! Cheap, nasty, no tags. 30 day return policy = at cost to customer for anywhere upwards of $25-$90 and only if they deem the product in good condition when received. Absolute crock. Bunch of crooks.

I purchased JEAN overalls that were really cute in the picture. I received the product and they were NOT jean. They are made out of polyester. I reached out for a return, like they asked, twice! No response. Very disappointed. Do not buy from this company. I do feel that they scammed me.

No stars!!! Do not shop Luna Toronto and deal with this company! I was served an Instagram ad with a beautiful woman saying that she was absolutely obsessed with this dress made from Italian gauze.
I love Italian gauze and could tell by the video that the dress would fit and fall well. I also liked the idea of supporting a local Toronto company and I purchased the dress.
Unfortunately, when I received the item it was a totally different dress made of cheap fabric and nothing like the one I ordered that had buttoned sleeves and was made from Italian gauze. I also learned that the item was shipped from China. I reached out immediately to share my unhappiness and demanded that they take this item back, send me the right dress or refund me 100 percent.
I was furious, as it was not until my 5th communication that they finally responded, apologizing and offering me a 10 percent discount off my purchase or pay to have the dress returned at my expense which will cost $25-$50US. I told them after many communications that I would not incur any further expense for their error and again demanded that they send me a prepaid label to send the dress back which they agreed to do in writing and then changed their mind.
Do not waste your time and money dealing with this company. They conduct business in a terrible manner and they should not be able to get away with misleading marketing and advertising and not standing behind their own company error.
Total scam and not to be trusted. If you have ordered from them there is no fair resolution that they provide and it is a waste of time so contact your credit card company and dispute the purchase, post reviews and report them to the Competition Bureau and The Anti Fraud Centre.

Ordered and saw so many bad reviews, tried to cancel, they said no. I am disputing it with my Cc company

Terrible service, no response, product does not match the web site at all, extremely dissatisfied.

I received the wrong items and could not get prepaid shipping to return. I was very suspicious. I reported them to the Canadian anti-fraud center and they confirmed this is a counterfeit operation. Do not purchase from them.

This store/shop doesn’t deserve a star. The clothing is horrid. Cheap, nasty and not at all as advertised. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I won’t do that again. I would return the items but, I have no doubt they will charge me more than what they advertise on their website for returns. I have no faith in them being honest. This is truly a buyer beware moment and the owners (who likely don’t care anyway) and the model in the video for the dresses I purchased should be ashamed of themselves for selling such garbage!

I ordered jeans from here on 23rd june and i kept checking the shipping and delivery information, and it said they arrived 2 days ago. they haven’t arrived and i’ve just lost £60 as a 15 year old who doesn’t work and saved up over 2 months for that. i contacted them over and over again saying it hasn’t arrived, asking for a refund, i’ve had absolutely no response. there goes my money
