From the point of submitting a query through WhatsApp to receiving a call to let me know my sale was complete the customer service from Luna Statics has been honest, efficient and professional throughout. My van had met its permitted age at the holiday park so I had to sell off site or scrap the van. Luna Statics made me a fair offer and handled all of the arrangements with the park regarding pick up. This transaction has been problem free and I’m happy our van which has years of life left in it has found a new home rather than the scrap heap! Thank you Steve and Maxine.
