It said that i would get it the next day but its been three days and i still haven’t gotten it

I was a bit sceptical my order would be on time. At first the communication was a bit confusing but I got my order in time and the quality was beyond expectations!

Shipment came 2 weeks after the order without any updates and I’ve been trying to return the shipment since but they don’t share any details how to. Have emailed them several times as per their website for the instructions. You also can’t call them. Poor customer service.

Most important thing was to first set the focus on what I as customer want to buy. I got the item displayed, with clear specs. No additional nonsense of other items. That was a good feeling.

Extremely disappointing experience with Lunelva. I placed an order for around €150 worth of clothing, but unfortunately the items were too large and I wanted to return them.

Since then, it has been incredibly frustrating. I have sent 4 emails and tried contacting them by phone twice, but I have received no response and no return instructions whatsoever.

Their website states that returns are accepted within 30 days. I contacted them within that period to arrange my return, but because they simply do not respond, I am being left without any way to return the items.

For an order of around 150 euro, I expect a company to at least be reachable and to provide a functioning return process. Ignoring a customer who is trying to make a legitimate return is completely unacceptable.

I have kept records of all my emails, contact attempts and payment details, and I am now taking further steps to try to get my money back.

My advice: be very careful when ordering from Lunelva. A webshop should not become unreachable the moment a customer wants to return an order.

The companies online ordering was very easy. I cannot comment further as the request was made 5 mins after ordering and incentivised with a further 50% reduction in price. Let’s see if delivery and product match their ordering service.
