Scammers: Customer support doenst exsists for uk and be number
Made an order never received an order confirmation. nailed te customer service got only one mail back requesting details.
send this 4 weeks later still no reply 174,80 gone this is a fake scam site. stuff never arived.
Found 2 customer contact telephone numbers on belgium and one uk... the belgium doenst exsists and the uk never pics up.
ordered 26-06-2026, mailed last time 30-06-2026 till today no money back no further replies on mails, no airco received, seeing maby complaints klacht .nl/lunelva/ (cant post url so add the 3 w) and on their face book these are scammers

Paid - Ignored - Stolen From
I have genuinely never experienced anything this appalling.
From the very beginning, they created the impression that they were based in the Netherlands, yet never disclosed where the item was actually being shipped from or when it could realistically be expected to arrive. Even after taking my payment, I was left completely in the dark.
Just two hours after placing my order, I contacted them. They replied once… and then vanished. For one entire month, there was absolute silence. Every message was ignored. Every attempt to reach them was met with nothing. It felt as though the moment they had my money, I simply ceased to exist as a customer.
The complete lack of communication is beyond shocking. It is one of the most disturbing customer experiences I have ever had. I have kept every screenshot, every unanswered message, and a full record of what happened, and I am fully prepared to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal channels.
