Very disappointing, be careful it looks like a Scam

My experience with Lunelva has been very disappointing.

I purchased a men’s set on 20 June and received it on 3 July, almost three weeks later, despite the website stating that orders would be shipped within 2–3 days.

The product I received does not match what was advertised on the website. Although the color is similar, the quality of the material is much lower than shown in the pictures, it is synthetic, the finishing is poor, and the fit is completely different from what was expected. The style and overall appearance do not correspond to the product description.

I requested a return within the applicable return period and contacted customer service, but I have still received no response.

I hope the company improves its customer service and resolves my return and refund request promptly.
