You sent me wrong replacement battery. I've sent you 4 emails about it and no answer. This is terrible customer service. You don't even have a customer service number. When am I going to get my replacement?

I have almost been using my Lupe for a year now. Not a heavy user, just regular carpet vacuum for a small 2bedroom apartment.
The power is just as good as the other "best brand Dxxxx" that I have used before but this is way more heavier which is making me suffer now because I don't have a very strong shoulder due to my own injury. Also it's starting to make squeaking noises when I'm rolling it during vacuuming carpet.
One thing I got to give it to this is the battery lasts much longer than the other brand.

Vacuum is easy to assemble and use. Has amazing suction. Almost to much have to hold down the rugs to vacuum but worth it as it gets all the dirt out. Not for use on longer carpet. Had and old rug and tried it not the best. But got for my hard wood floors and does an amazing joh

Excellent portable vacuum clear, with long battery life and easy replaceable battery feature. Amazing suction and pick up ability.

I've had a lot of Dyson battery vacuum cleaners and the Lupe is an evolutionary level higher.
Price is good too.

The best customer service I have ever encountered - for example, Amazon as a company can help you get what you ordered, but Lupe deliver a product and service BETTER than what was ordered. Lupe have replacement parts available for any part and makes Dyson look like criminals, twice I've had 'unrepairable' Dyson products - Lupe just keep the machines running. Any small fault has been rectified within 24 hours and a fully serviced machine was back to me before I had even managed checking my email to see if they had received the machine.

Add to that that you can keep the machine looking perfect yourself with simple cleaning procedures, plus it's the absolute best, most powerful cordless vacuum I've ever owned.

Quick delivery. Boxed nicely. A bit expensive for a vacuum, but I think that it is worth it after using it for a week.
Would purchase again.

Aside from the fact that this little vacuum is an aesthetic wonder and creates more suction than any vacuum I've ever owned, customer service is astounding. I recently contacted to let them know my (apparently stronger than steel) hair had melted into the brush roller. I asked if there was a discount code for a new brush & they responded quickly given the time difference & sent me an entirely new roller tout de suite. Bravo! I had already told my spouse I would never purchase another brand of vacuum as long as Lupe was available, and this experience only solidified my obsession with this cleaning tool. (weird right? Who knew a vacuum could be an object of obsession)?

Love the vacuum, best ever cordless I’ve owned. The power is incredible compared to our other cordless vac. Best vac for people with allergies as well, no dust in the air with this vacuum.

Lupe Technology created a fantastic vacuum cleaner. If that wasn't enough their support service is amazing.
2 years after purchase, a few problems appeared and after contacting customer support, all were dealt with promptly. Competitors, watch and learn!

I love this vacuum! I have never owned a cordless vacuum before and it is a life changer. I can pick up any mess so easy all the time. I love that this is an upright vacuum and not a stick type it's so comfortable to use. The suction is great and the battery life has not been an issue at all and I've been using it most days now (two toddlers, and two large hairy dogs) for about a month now.

I am absolutely thrilled with everything – the service, the delivery, the packaging, the instruction manual and, by far the most important, is the performance of the vacuum. It is totally amazing and a real life-changing vacuum! I could not be happier and can’t wait to tell everyone I know about this wonderful new product. My daughter had been shopping for a vacuum cleaner and showed me some of the videos she had been watching while I was over visiting her in Germany. I have a central vac system at home and was not in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. After watching several comparison videos I was hooked! I really like everything about the Lupe. I have a lot of arthritis in my hands and wrists so to carry the weight up high wasn't going to be good for me. (The other big name) I ordered this as soon as I got back to the US. I ordered it Monday and had it by Wednesday. I was very excited to try it out! It picked up so much dog hair that my central vacuum wasn't picking up. I was also very impressed with it on the hard floors. My other vacuum sometimes just spit things out of it or didn't pick it up at all. I love it and so glad I bought it with the extra battery. So convenient to keep it close by and use it often. My 25 year old son had stopped over and he gave it a try too. He wanted a new vacuum cleaner and I think he is sold on this too. I haven't had a need for customer service do I can't speak to that.
