My order came very quick
My order came very quick, well packed and as described. I feel the instructions and parts could be more detailed and labeled to aid in easy assembly. My children love the castle slide and seems durable. I wish the sections under the main towers we accessible for the kids to go in but they do function okay for ball storage.

Wrong Parts, Dodgy Instructions
Both the instructions, screws and parts did not match the toybox we ordered. Ie no drill hole where there should have been or wrong size dowels. Ended up using the panels and own tools/screws to be able to use the frame only. Do not purchase.

Children’s toy storage unit
My order came very fast as I had thought it was out of stock. Although quite fiddly to assemble, I managed it and I am very pleased with the result - a wonderful cabinet to display and store some of the toys and books I have for when my grandchildren come for sleepovers 🤗

Be care when making a purchase. I was wanting to see the price of express shipping in checkout and with shop pay, the purchase automatically went thru of $260. I've contacted numerous times to cancel this order, and they will not respond to me and just sent it anyway.

Scam? No response. No refund.
Not sure I am ever going to get a response. Bought an item end of October which said it would be dispatched 8/11. Messeged when it hadn't been sent and they then said it would be dispatched 15/11. It wasnt shipped so I messaged again to ask when it was being shipped with no reply. Messeged two more times again this week also with no reply.. Basically just threw money away and not sure how to get it back :(
